Cleanliness Issue”
My room was clearly not cleaned under the bed for quite a while. When I asked them to clean, they did not show up at the requested time. The facilities of the resort are good, but this issue is going to make me look to find another place to stay when I am going to Kenting again next month. Pity!

Dirty and out dated”
A lot of dust and other dirty sticky White stuff on the Floor. We asked the housekeeping to clean. When we came back, they only cleaned half of the white sticky stuff on the floor. I think they don’t know what clean means. Further iT is realy outdated and crowded. Would not recommend this place.

Restful days”
After days of rain in the north of Taiwan, Kenting and Howard Beach Resort really made our trip worth it. Great pool and good gym facility for keeping fit while traveling, a big breakfast and spacious rooms made our stay really great. Staff was always friendly, the location also quite ok, as Kenting street is not that long anyways, all walkable.

Nice swimming pool, walk way to the beach. Everything was good except the view from the room which was a waste area... The other hotel called "Howard beach resort" is actually in the same buidling but at the upper floors with balcony and nice view on the ocean. If you want to save some money and don't mind the view from the room you can go with this hotel. If you want a nicer view choose the "Howard Beach resort". Staff, breakfast and cleanliness are good.

Cozy stay ”
It was a cozy and pleasant stay. It took less than 10 minutes for us to check in. As the hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from the Kenting street, buggy is available throughout the day to provide transport. Staffs are observant and a set of welcome gift was delivered to our room exclusively when one of them came across my kids, promised to give them a surprise thereafter. Nothing is perfect under the sun. Amenities along the way to beach were shut down, it looks shabby and gloomy that really upset us. I am not sure whether it is due to non peak season. However, even it is, I don't think it's fair enough to customers.

Wonderful for young families! ”
Although an older resort, Howards has excellent facilities for the whole family, but especially for children. The location so close to the beach is very convenient! The staff were great. The breakfast was Asian style. My only criticism is the lack of water stations around the resort.

Good breakfast, great outdoor pool, lovely dear, private beach. We arrived the hotel at dinner time and tried their buffet dinner. It is good and value for money. Have a good sleep after that. We only booked the cheapest room of the hotel but it is really good. our 2 kids and us enjoyed the stay. In the morning we did not go to the water world as we don't like indoor pool. We went to the outdoor pool and had fun here. There are lovely dear. Kids like feeding dear so much. The route to the private beach is a bit long and not very good. If the hotel can improve it, it will be perfect. We don't have time to enjoy the Small Bay private beach.

the room is nice... our room was the top floor with double room height... awesome. the swimming pool is nice... standard swimming pool and long opening hours. but remember to bring the swim cap if you don't want to be charged a swim cap fee of TWD 30. the staff is nice... all staff are polite and willing to help. a little shuttle cart will bring you to main hotel entrance every time when you are at the kenning main street. the hotel is nice... spacious and have many resort facilities... but a little bit of old if you don't mind.

Great resort for families with young children ”
We have stayed in the hotel and now the hostel, only difference was our room didn’t have a view or balcony and no bathtub. We had a good experience again. We were, however, disappointed that the tunnel to the beach was closed. It made it a long walk with small kids.
