Very pleasant hotel and friendly staff”

The HP Villa Hotel in Da Lat is a very pleasant hotel. However, it is about one or two kilometres outside the town centre so you need to have good walking ability or use xe oms or taxis. Usually between one or three dollars, so not expensive anyway! Some rooms do not have refrigerators and one room I was first put in did not have a window - points to be aware of. But otherwise, OK!

Cheap and Clean”

this hotel is actually a villa whereby rooms are rented out. there is nothing to shout about as the price is already very cheap but the rooms are clean and nice for the price you pay. credit to the staff who automatically asked me if i wanted a late check out as i checked in late in the evening. i delcined as i had already booked another hotel the next day. it is away from the city center tho but it is near one of dalat's attraction ie. crazy house. nice staff and extremely value for money.

Calm and perfect place for Christmas ”

We had our Christmas celebration in Dalat and this hotel was so nice. A French influence interior, simple and cosy place. Since the place was cold the room was no aircon. Just nice place to stay and great place. Clean, quiet and decent place. Surely recommend

great location, beautiful place, poor breakfast”

we stayed two nights, the staff was friendly, the place is beautiful and clean, breakfast is really basic and the dining room isn't nice. location is quite and not in the center, less than 5 minutes with motorbike.

Lovely hotel with great location”

Great location, between two famous sightseeing places in Da Lat-Dinh Bao Dai and Crazy House. About 10-20 minutes walking. Besides, this hotel has beautiful garden and very kind staff, who is always ready to help the guests. Very nice hotel for staying.

Nice Hotel, Very Quiet and Comfortable, Friendly Staff”

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is clean and there are daily housekeeping service. I have been staying in Vietnam for three weeks and this is the best stay so far!!! Highly Recommended!

Good value for money hotel”

Nice hotel near Crazy House, and 10 minutes far away from the city centre. New building with good rooms for a good price.

Comfortable, quiet, good location”

Staff was friendly and attentive but didn't unfortunately speak good English. Hotel is in a quieter location but not far from the center, about a 5 minute taxes ride. Rooms were clean and good size. Had a good stay overall.

the hotel is a little bit far from the city center, about 2 km from the Sinh Tourist office. The environment is good and clean, yet no breakfast, and no restaurant nearby. We bought bread and milk. The receptionist is nice, and with not that good English, but enough to give us simple travelling information.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel!”

We had some troubles getting there, so we showed up two days too late - but was no problem, they fixed a room for us anyway - and we really loved it there. The breakfast was kinda boring.

Just ok, room is really small, no windows. I saw 2 very small black snakes in toilet. No idea where they are from. Friendly staffs

Schöe "Villa" mit toller Aussenanlage”

Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums und man benötigt doch ca. 30 min. bis dorthin. Da wir während der low season in Dalat waren, sind wir die einzigen Hotelgäste gewesen. Uns wurde das kleinste Zimmer zugeteilt und darauf verwiesen, das wir für einen Aufpreis von 30 USD ein Upgrade haben könnten. Das Personal sprach leider sehr schlecht Englisch und waren kein bisschen um uns bemüht. Und das obschon wir wie gesagt die einzigen Gäste waren. Die Hotelanlage selber ist sensationell schön; französischer Kolonialstil.

Niemand hat Englisch gesprochen, Frühstück karg”

Wir wollten eigentlich noch eine Nacht dranhängen, doch leider war das Englisch der Rezeptionistin so schlecht, dass sie zwar "Yes, Yes" sagte, wir aber am Abend ohne Zimmer da standen und uns bei strömenden Regen und Dunkelheit nach einem anderen Hotel umschauen mussten. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten ist das Hotel für den Preis ganz in Ordnung, die Zimmer waren allerdings klein und das Frühstück sehr rationiert. Und lasst euch keine Stadtkarte geben, die müsst ihr am Ende auch noch bezahlen.
