Had a great spa experience whilst staying at the hotel for a conference. Full body massage, Turkish Bath and use of the sauna for €30 for guests (which may have been a discounted rate. The Double Tree a few streets away offers similar services but at much inflated prices. Hotel offers basic amenities and is clean and quiet. I would recommend to anyone wanting convenient and comfortable lodgings for work or leasiure

DEAR AGODA CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOTALLY UNHAPPY, I MADE THE RESERVATION AND YOU DETECTED THE MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND SENT ME THE VOUCHER I WENT TO THE HOTEL BEKDAS HOTEL DELUXE, THEY WERE THREE LADIES AND ONE GENTLEMEN HIS NAME IS MURAD, THEY SAID TO ME I DON'T HAVE A RESERVATION, I TRIED TO CONVINCE THEM BY THE VOUCHER, SAID HOTEL DOESN'T GO BY CONFIRMATION NUMBER, HOTEL GOES BY NAME, AND YOUR NAME MOHAMMED OUN DOESN'T EXIST IN OUR HOTEL THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT ME, I TOLD TO THEM GIVE TELEPHONE TO CALL AGOODA AGENT, FINALLY AFTER ONE HOUR, MR MURAD WENT INSIDE THE OFFICE AND BROUGHT MY RESERVATION WITH MY NAME, AND ASKED ME THIS IS YOUR NAME MOHAMMED OUN, WAS PRINTED IN RESERVATION, I SAID YES THIS IS MY NAME AND MY RESRVATON, THEN HE TOLD, I CANCELED YOUR RESERVATIONS, I TOLD HIM WHY, HE SAID HOTEL IS FULL, I TOLD HIM BUT I HAVE CONFIRMATION AND PAID AND MONEY DETECTED, HE SAID I WILL HELP YOU, HE MADE SOME CALLS, AND TOLD ME, GO TO PRESTIGE HOTEL, THEY W
Rooms are a bit small but clean and the breakfast buffet was also nice.
We had booked 2 rooms for 3 days, online. They gave us our rooms at a very good price and we were very happy with the hotel. But after an hour, they called into our rooms and they told us that we had to pay extra because they didn't have smaller rooms for 5 people so they had given us rooms big enough for 6 people. They forced us to pay 35 euros per night. We wanted to speak to the manager, who was sitting in a small room behind the reception and listening to everything, he refused to come out and the receptionist told us he was busy in a meeting. They were very rude and ignored us when we spoke and left us no choice but to pay the extra amount. They kept our passports when we checked in (none of the hotels I have been to have ever done this) and told us that they'd only give it back when we checked out. When checking out, they refused of ever even asking for the passports and told us that they didn't have them and then later on found them in their own desk.

Location was a short taxi to the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Bazaar, etc) and the rooms were a decent size and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay as a family with young children. The staff were nice and the food was fantastic. Only issue was difficulty for taxi to locate the hotel, although location was nearby tram way station.

it's was business trip, so I didn't stay long at the hotel. but I can say that the hotel staff are not friendly, especially the lady at the reception she was very bad, not smiling at all, she didn't look at you even. the rooms where very very small and the bath room smells nasty!! the room is noisy there is a noisy coming from somewhere it seems that it is from the ventilation!! I'll not stay here again for sure.
Not a bad location. Possible to walk to sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Metro also within walking distance if required. Breakfast has a wide variety but it's the same thing every day. Overall, we had a good stay here.
