“Not bad”
Its value for money, you got a bathtub, strong shower, but its an old hotel, little spooky 😅, and the bed must be replace, the cleanliness to be advance at the bottom and side of bedroom

“Very dissapointing. doesn't feel like a three-star hotel”
The receptionists were very nice and polite. They were always being helpful. However, on the second day, when we had breakfast at 8 am, there weren't much food left for us, the staff were so slow to refill the trays and we even didn't get any spoon!!! The room is not really spacy, but the bathtub and the hot water is pleasant. Yet, we only got a pair of slippers and there were only one sachet of coffee and no creamer at all. About the swimming pool, I called the receptionist about the hours it opens, and they informed me that the closing hour is at 7pm. So, I only went swimming for about 30 minutes and I head back to my room. Surprisingly, by 8pm, I saw some people swimming in the pool. I felt so dissapointed, then I decided to swim the next morning. It turned out that they closed the swimming area for the whole day as there was an event by the pool. Overall, it was not a nice stay at all!!!

“Could have been better”
The most friendly person in the hotel is the chef who showed up in the morning of 16/6. The rest of the staff seem kind of aloof and cold. Good spread of breakfast and food was always hot and changed daily. Ran out of toilet roll but was not replenished when asked for it and when the room was made, the staff apparently did not notice it had run out of supply. Was supplied after repeated request was made. Booked this hotel as I wanted to use its treadmill but sadly it was out of order. Fitness centre was locked up, you need to make a trip down to the front desk for them to send someone to open the door although it could be accessed by the room card.
