Stayed here for a week with my wife! Overall, we had a great experience and loved the hotel and the great location next to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel grounds were nice and well kept too. The only issue we had is when we needed more toilet paper at one point and had to call 3 times before someone finally came. Besides that minor issue it was a great experience!

Clean Rooms and Great Location”
Our stay at Radisson Blu was amazing, the room was clean and the staff was very accomodating and friendly. Special call out to Patrick (front desk) and Luiz (house keping) . The location of the hotel was perfect too just away from the busy high rise area but close enough for us to access. The pools were kept very clean and overall a very good experiance for the kids and the mrs. One advise for folks who choose to stay here - if you want something ask the chambermaids rather than calling the front desk, cos the answer from them would invariably be a nice "no" but the chambermaids will get it for you immediately.

Spacious rooms and centrally located.”
Radisson Blu is centrally located near shopping, dining and a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean with good amenities. Our 2 bedroom has 2 bathrooms which was nice for a family of 4. The pools including a rooftop pool were well maintained and free wifi was good. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful especially Zariya and Roversy at the reception desk and Patrick at concierge were also awesome and deserved a special recognition. Totally enjoyed my stay and will be back

Surprisingly better than I anticipated ”
The location, cleanliness, size of the rooms, facilities and grounds were impeccable. My only wish is that had a microwave. One note is the water in sinks went down slow. Other than that it was great! I would tell anyone to stay here. Its right across the street from the mall and most restaurants, very walkable location to other friends staying at other hotels.

While the hotel is beautiful as well as the landscaping, The amenities are lacking! No umbrellas, chairs, ice machine .. the appliances are unplugged accept the frig. The “cafe” on third floor is fair at best! We thought the nightly price for what you get was way too high. You can walk to the beach easily but tough to get chairs and umbrellas in peak season

It is our desire that all guests enjoy their stay with us, from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. While I am happy to know that enjoyed the hotel grounds. I would like to take a moment and apologize for the kitchen appliances being put out of out of order. Originally the project for the building was a condominium project for long-term living with fully equipped kitchens, however with new ownership this project was transformed to be a full-service resort. Therefore, our full kitchens are now being phased out and converted to kitchenettes with fridge and coffee station. Brand new hotel, very modern and clean. Ok if you do not want to be on the beach. Good and drinks excessively expensive and very slow service. Pictures show they have kitchens but they do not. Also , no balconies in have on the rooms. I would not stay here unless you get a very good deal and don’t mind walking three large blocks to a overcrowded beach.

Also, our one-bedrooms does have a balcony, however our 2-bedroom island view does not have a balcony. The kitchens have all been removed, except for the 3-bedroom penthouses, this change is due to the property having multiple F&B Options that are easily accessible. Hotel was beautiful but they r understaffed and not very well trained. all the employees have the same uniform a Blue t/shirt. I would have at least thought the reception area team should be wearing something a bit more professional looking and not just a faded t-shirt. 1.check in was at 4 we arrived at 5 room was not ready until 6:30!!!! 2. So they gave us free drink vouchers at the 3rd floor restaurant we go up to have something to eat while they clean our room and we order drinks and r told the vouchers r only good for one brand of beer!!! 3. We get up to our room finally and there is yellow pee stains all over the floor by the toilet !! 4. All the window and the glass on the balcony r super dirty… they look like they have never been cleaned. 5. We got an ocean front room… they forget to tell u that right in front of your ocean front room u r staring at a CONSTRUCTION SITE!!!!! 6. Due to Covid there is no cleaning during your stay unless u request it. so on Sunday night I call the front desk and ask for the room to be cleaned on Monday and new towels and toilet paper… we get back to the room on Monday at 5:30 and nothing had been cleaned no toilet paper and no new towels. Called them and they had NO record of my request !!! 5.They do NOT have beach access they take u to a public beach which is between the Holiday Inn and the Marriot Surf Club. Anyone can go on this beach so if u r not there by 9 u can forget about any chair or umbrella!!
