The location is fantastic, and the private beach is excellent! But, we asked 3 times to refill the hair conditioner (2 times from the reception and 1 time from the cleaner) but they ignored us!

Worth it”
My party and I spent one night at the Renaissance and it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and kind and the grounds were gorgeous. A great plus is that though there’sa bunch of things to do IN the hotel, as soon as you walk outside there’s even more things to eat and do.

Underwhelmed and Overpriced with slow service”
Service staff was nonexistent or unwilling to assist. When you do get waiting on, prepare to wait awhile as their is no sense of urgency, nor consideration of your time.

Can't wait to go back! 😍”
We've had an amazing time and cannot wait to return! We've spent 4 days/3 nights in the Ocean Suites section of the resort in a gorgeous ocean front Suite. The hotel is perfectly located, the pools are great, restaurants too, plenty of shops around, the beach is beautiful... you definitely have plenty to do! The staff was nice and friendly (management, front desk, room attendants, waiters, porters, drivers) I highly recommend this hotel!

For some reasons, I felt unwelcomed my whole stay. The staff, especially the ones at the reception desk, seemed very disinterested in helping guests out. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to check-in if you arrive around 4pm. I saw a single long line everyday and they did not care if you were an elite member. The staff never greeted or smiled whenever I walked pass. Whenever I walked up to a reception desk to ask a question, the staff would look at me blankly with the "what do you want?" attitude, never said hi or asked "how can I help you?". Massive billing mistakes, no apology or responsability”
We stayed only 3 nights and we were wrongly charged twice the amount (aprox. $3200 US dollars) at the check out. I only noticed my card was maxed out completely when I received a notification from the bank that I had missed a mortgage payment, was going to incur overdraft charges and other bills were not going through - which was an extremely stressful way to end our holiday. I have contacted the management/ sales department with screenshots of my bank account, billing and a written statement from my bank regarding these charges and their response was disgraceful! They didn’t take responsibility for the mistake, they showed no intentions of sorting it out and refund and never even once apologised or offer compensation for the colossal incompetence. This is not what I expected from a Marriot Hotel and to be honest I wouldn’t trust them again. The only way I could retrieve the surplus $1400 US dollars wrongfully charged was by raising a fraud claim with my bank.

Downtown with access to private Flamingo Island”
nice location, clean and everything was quite ok! we stayed in this hotel cause we want to visit the flamingo private island. 2 nights is ok to visit the island and take Fotos with flamingos. our booking was incl breakfast, and it was delicious!

Not value for money”
Vi boede på dette hotel i 8 nætter. PRisen tage i betragtning var dette hotel ikke pengene værd. De har 2 hoteller, et som ligger ved stranden og et der ligger ved havnen. Dette er desværre ikke særligt godt forklaret på agoda og derfor troede vi at vi have booket det ved stranden, men endte med at bo ved havnen. Vi har aldrig boet på et hotel hvor vi måtte vente ved morgenmaden fordi de simpelt ikke havde faciliteter nok til at håndtere alle de gæster de have boende. Morgenmaden var meget amerikansk ligesom resten at området er alt er tilrettet de mange amerikanske turister, desværre. Standarden på værelserne var skuffende og hotellet virker noget brugt og slidt. Lydisoleringen på værelserne var heller ikke så godt og der var en del larm fra gangen, også når hotelpersonalet talte i deres radioer. Det mest positive ved dette ophold var at hotellet også har en privat ø som man kan komme gratis til hver 15 min.

很悠閒很放鬆的酒店，更適度蜜月最佳首選，無可挑剔。風景優美設備完善，樓下還有逛街購物的地方以及星巴克。停車位是免費的，距離機場只要15分鐘。更棒的是那火焰鳥的海灘，完美！讓我還想再去一次！非常值得！

這邊真的是Happy Island,服務人員都很親切熱情,飯店乾淨又方便,尤其飯店私人小島非常漂亮,還有Flamingo
