Awesome resort, probably the best on the island. The have their own dock on the mainland with free parking lot for guests, and a ferry to take you to the island. They thrn transfer you to the truck taxis and straight to the resorts where you are taken to your room. Room was spacious, big bed comfortable bed, nice balcony with pool view, everything had a quality feel. Tooth brushes to coffee everything we needed was there. Staff were super friendly and attentive! Asked us if everything was ok and if we needed anything several times during our stay. Restaurant was great! Im a vegetarian and was a little nervous about finding something to eat, no problem they have a vegetarian menu, that was huge. The veggie massaman curry was excellent, spicy, and flavorful. My wife had a seafood curry and said that it was very good. Kids ate pizza and were pleased. Breakfast buffet was nice sized, had good french toast, pancakes, egg station, cool automatic coffee machine made mochas, cappuccinos, hot chocolate and lattes with ease. They had a lot of Thai dishes as well. The beach and longe chair area are amazing, beautiful soft powered sugar white sand, and warm emerald water. At checkout time they got us a taxi to the pier and their ferry took us back to the parking lot. Five star service the entire time. Anytime we visit Semet we will be staying here for sure.

Great Resort!!”
Super clean, modern and well maintained. Breakfast was AMAZING. Staff respectful. There was a storm that had raised sea levels and the sea was crashing right up against the resort buildings (across the entire island). The beach was completely gone. Was exciting!! But a few were scared. However when the water level went down the beach came alive with hundreds of people, fire dancers and restaurants again. Even though some of the furniture had floated away! Incredible! Would stay here again!

Great food served at the restaurant. Complete wide varieties of breakfast to choose from...they are so generous with their plate portion if u order lunch or dinner. Absolutely fantastic stay especially with the newly renovated units...we stayed at the cottage which is the original style of resort but they were equally comfortable and gorgeous. Highly recommended for all age group.

Very impressive ”
The service is 5 star. The location is perfect. We stayed in deluxe premier, it was super clean and smells very good, my kids love the smell every time we go into the room. There is ferry/boat service, but agoda doesn’t really tell you that. So we wasted money finding a boat to the island but when we checked it, that’s when we found out about the service that comes with the hotel.

Excellent location and resort. A bit old but maintained well”
We lived in premier room on the 1st floor. They arranged connected rooms for us. Would be best if they can arrange us on the ground floor as my parents are old and it’s dangerous / inconvenient walking up and down the stairs. Pros: Located in the most popular main beach on the island. Very good for me as I’m bringing my old parents. Maybe too crowded for some individual travellers / couples who want more silence. Every staff is very friendly and we feel welcomed during our stay. Efficient response on my emails. Breakfast- good variety Cons: We had spa treatment. Not very good as expected like other similar resorts. SO many mosquitoes in the restaurant on the night we had dinner - it was raining badly and they should better turn on the fan

Fantastic resort on sai kaew beach on Ko Samet”
Great resort. Perfect for a relaxed holiday on Ko Samet. Cottage was fantastic. Very clean. The whole resort was clean and taken care off. Cottage was cleaned everyday and also 2 bottles of free water. Breakfast was great. International cuisine so everyone can find something for his taste. Wonderful and very attentive staff. I can absolutely recommend this resort. Will come back for sure.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. Fantastic facility and located right on a beautiful beach. Three swimming pools, fantastic buffet breakfast, clean rooms and very friendly staff. I suggest pay a bit more and get the Premier Room, I loved mine. The Deluxe room was ok but Premier was definitely better. Walking street with 7-11 a few hundred feet away. Plenty of beach bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in Premier room. Really appreciate their excellent service and professionalism of all staffs. The room is very clean and cozy. Zeabar restaurant has veriety of delicious food and drinks with live music stating at 6PM. The beach is beautiful, both in he daytime and night time. There is Fireman show at night nearby the hotel with a walkable distance.

A wonderful stay, excellent location at the beach. Staff where very friendly, the food was good and rooms were comfortable and have very large bathrooms. Some times the WiFi could not connect. I reccomend this resort and hope to stay again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sai Kaew Beach Resort. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Koh Samed.

Excellent location ”
Beautiful beach in front of the hotel, excellent location to the rest of the shops and restaurants. Great dinner BBQ, the food was fresh and reasonable priced. Try not to rent the motorbike that is right at the hotel as it is more expensive than the shops outside the hotel (5 mins walk)

Great weekend stay”
The hotel was a great place to stay for my weekend getaway. The rooms were simple and clean. The pools were lovely and well maintained. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were good value for money. I would stay here again.

Stunning”
Stayed in a deluxe room with my friend and it had plenty of space! Towels in the room were a great size and there was house keeping everyday if you wanted it. Hotel has great facilities. 3 pools and a private beach area as well as it being right on the main beach. All pool areas have phones where you can order food or drink from the bar and they are delivered to you. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip and would stay again :)

Great location and supreme service”
My phone was dead because of sea water. I told the staff and they gave me a bag of pre-cooked rice to bathe my phone in it to absorb the moisture out of the phone. The next morning, my phone got revived. I am so touched. Don't forget to return the rice to the staff. The location is great, gorgeous beach view and calming surrounding made the resort a good place to relief your stress.

Best vacation of my life. ”
The location is flawless and staffs are respectful and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent my mother loves it. My 7 year old kid loves the pools and it is very safe here. I am extremely in love with the aroma massage/spa, pampering myself 2-3 hours a day. I plan to come back here every year from now on.

Resort connected to beautiful, clean and cozy beach, not far from the firemen show. Price included transportation from Rayong pier to resort lobby, free car park. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

Beautiful resort near the beach. Very good value. Clean rooms, large bathroom, comfortable bed, good food. Staff seem friendly and smiling when we walk around the resort. Hope to stay again.

Nice hotel with beach and pool”
This was a nice hotel with a pool and direct beach access. I went with a group of friends and we had a nice abs relaxing time. There isn’t much else to do at the property other than the beach and the pool, but that’s enough if you just want to relax. We had a nice time and I’d recommend this hotel for 1-2 nights.

Perfect Selection”
We did really enjoy this Resort with the friendly staff and great support on every wish we had. The beach clean and safe by a guard which make the whole day perfect.
