Absolutely amazing ”
I've spend couples of nights there, and i defenetly will come back. The building is marvellous, the staff looked after me so well, the swimming pool is great. Just loved it !
Heritage of old kind”
We picked this place because of the pool which was great after a hot day walking. We prefer not to be in the centre of tourist areas and loved the surprises you find such as the best roti chani across the road, the new world food complex, the trendy shops and bars and an amazing second hand Japanese shop, all walking from hotel. We also walked to the heritage area easily but very hot and often caught a grab home. Hotel is faded grand reminded me of many places I stayed in in India. The rooms are large, our family one was and well cleaned each day. Staff helpful.

A Decent Hotel”
So basically it is a decent hotel. The rooms are a bit on the tired side but nothing major to worry about. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The location is good, pretty much a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride away from central Georgetown (depending on traffic conditions, of course), and pretty close to Gurney Drive as well. Sort of between the two areas. Quite a few good eating places within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. We only stayed at the hotel for one night but could definitely see ourselves staying there again.
Nagyszerű”
The hotel is in the middle of the town, still preserve the colonial style. The room quite big and not too congested. A simple and moderate hotel. When I was there , TV are out of order.... We wish the management to do something with the decor around the lobby and walkway.. look so dull. E.g the lighting , rearrange the furniture and do some repainting all the wall. Colonial colour are white and black... that's British anyway... Wish to come back here again in next distant future.
