The price was perfect. The front desk service of Christian and Reina was outstanding. Rob at the pool bar was beyond great and very entertaining. Free shuttle to Duval St. and free parking. Starbucks and 2 bars on site as well as a great outdoor area.

Never been so happy to choose this hotel ”
I couldn’t decide for a long time where I wanted to stay and finally chose this hotel. There’s multiple pools and bars, you don’t have to pay to park, everyone is so friendly. the hotel Itself has beautiful grounds, it was nice to walk around late at night. There’s so much to do here that you can easily forget they have a free shuttle into the city that runs all night! Which is also a great part lol! you won’t regret the decision with this place

Pros: clean, comfy bed, microwave in the room for heating up any leftoers, free bottled water, teas & coffees, nice staff, easy to get to, for people who get chilled easily - you can actually heat up the room. FREE easy parking! Away from the bussiness of Old Town but has a free shuttle to get you to Old Town (about 15 min) and back from 8 am - 11 pm so you can head there any time. Very good food truck just outside that is open till 10 pm. 5 min drive to local beach. Cons: The "ocean" view is NOT as advertised. Your window goes to the walkway and the entrance to the hotel was obstructing the view (the roof blocked everything). The only option for late night food (pass 10 pm) was ordering Dominos or Mcdonalds yourself. The shuttle comes every hour on the dot, so if you miss it you are stuck waiting - but it's not as bad if you plan it roght it's a smooth ride. Overall: we enjoyed the stay. Worth the money. Don't pay more for the Ocean view, you won't be able to enjoy it.

Traveled with kids and hotel, pool and pool bar were great. Starbucks next door along with a food truck. Free shuttle to downtown was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. A great value for your money

Lovely staff, nice rom, good shower, good pool. Pool bar take ages with food order. Hotel takes $100 as security deposit, which is refunded on check out. Still waiting for my refund.

The only thing I was not aware of was a $45 resort fee per night which brought my price to almost $200 A NIGHT. The hotel was lovely and by far the nicest one I’ve stayed in a while. Extremely clean. Had I known about the resort fee, I would have chose elsewhere to stay but we were in town for a special occasion and after driving 8+ hours it was not worth the hassle to change my stay. Two other people ahead of me in line were complaining of not being aware of the resort fee. One guest pulled up her booking information and even the staff could not find where it disclosed the nightly resort fee. It definitely should be lowered, at the least, $45 to park the car is too much!

Payed in full for 5 nights at the time of check in , than during check out payed unexpected extra $39 per night , explained by hotel worker as ( parking, WIFI, pool service) . Should let me know about the extra charge at check in . Except that we are very satisfied.

Originally I was hesitant about being far from duval St., but for the price this was our best option! The shuttle runs every hour to Downtown which is great. Overall it was a great experience

Away from the hustle and bustle of key west centre but shuttle bus makes this easy to access. Pool area was great and people seem to be out and about different times so could always get loungers. Photo is wide angled however so not as large as appeared on website. We were upgraded to Ocean View but glad we hadn’t paid for it as is actually a window across the walkway so only way to make the most is to keep your room curtains open and sit inside or stand outside your door!

Service didn’t come in everyday and make beds had to ask for towels, but the staff location and facilities made up for that! Would definitely stay there again

I stayed at this hotel for the 2021 Labor Day weekend & I really liked this hotel. The room was generally clean & I was impressed. There was a roach problem as I seen about 5 roaches in my 3 night stay but besides that the hotel was pretty close to perfect. Thank you!

A potential perfect hotel with some pretty flaws”
Has the potential to be a perfect hotel if it weren't for several petty issues. Hotel only has 2 elevators (one in front and one in back), and one of them was broke our entire trip without any effort to fix it. To make matters much worse, they were only allowing 2 people in the single elevator at a time due to covid-19. They have ice machines on every floor, however none of them ever work. Hotel does not have a hot tub. Another negative is the hotel is in a extremely busy location, so you have to do 2-3 u-turns just to turn left from their parking lot. Positives for 24 North Hotel are as follows, it's a gorgeous hotel, very clean, great ocean views, and free parking. Positives definitely outweigh the negatives. When I go back to Key West, I will likely consider booking at 24 North Hotel again.

Trade off is price/value vs location. The shuttle was very helpful in overcoming the location.
