Very comfortable stay in a great location”
We stayed in a superior studio which was in fact a one bedroom apartment. There was a separate bedroom with a nice big bed, a pretty big bathroom and a nice, spacious livingroom/diningarea/kitchen, with glasses, plates, cutlery for four. The kitchen had a microwave, a stove top and a dishwasher. We were within 5 minutes walking distance to the subway, and not far to a supermarket. The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful and gave us a great city map. We stayed for a week and were really comfortable there. I would highly recommend it to visitors to Vienna. Lovely room with kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. All high standard. Would have liked tea and coffee sachets in room

Overall it is good. Good location. Nice view and the bed is comfortable. It would have been great if the hot water were stable during shower. We had a difficult time every night having hot and cold temperature water.

Location is not so far from main streets. Spacious. The only problem they were renovating so we didn’t enjoy any facilities. Some of the staffs were not polite.

Recommendable place to stay in Wein”
Stayed here for a couple of days. If i have future chance to Wien again, i will take this place again. Breakfast was quite good quality, However, i was unable to take breakfast option when search, pay to agoda. Need improvement on reservation system & lack of long stay options either.

The stuff was unhelpfull, very rude and derisive.”
The only benefit in this hotel is the location, is enought near to the center. But the breakfast, the stuff, and the room was unacceptable. The mattress and the pillow was very uncomfortable , in fact it was a sofa-bed. We paid for tow nights without breakfast 286€, it was a lot for this room. We have a problem with the tv and they ignored us. All chanels were in germany, no english no another language. And when asked them why there isn't english chanel the man in the recaption told us "we can't have all the languages" .

Extremely unhelpful staff”
i had booked a premium category room instead the manager gave me the normal economy room. later when i noticed that the room given to me was not correct and dint even have the dish washer and large windows i complaint and she was not willing to change my room. she happens to be the manager of the property and she running the property very poorly. the lift were not clean.

Enjoyed our brief stay”
We arrived at around 10am. First reception staff (female long blond hair) told me our room was not ready and that we should come back at 2pm. We resorted to waiting in the lobby. We were tired from our 7am flight, getting hungry. I approached the reception again to ask if it was ok for us to eat our own food in the area near the restaurant (restaurant was already closed by this time). He said it was ok and asked for our name so he could check the system again. He said he could get our room ready in a few minutes. This was the Assistant Front Office Manager, a very nice, accommodating and considerate man from Nepal. We were able to check in, eat in the room, rest & freshen up before heading out. The room was spacious and had big windows overlooking a small patch of green and trees in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is about 15 or less minutes walk to St Stephen's Basilica. It's a great base to explore the city. I have walked to many sights from this location.

Some of the staff are quite unfriendly and very distance. You cannot pretend to work on hotel business and have a different approach with customers based on where they come from.
