it is advisable to contact the owner bfore arrvd or else need to wait 20-30mins for him to pass the key. they dont have reception table. only by phone call to contact. wait at menara U1 not U2, ok!. parking outside first bfore get the key & pass entrance. the aprtmnt is so called ok. comfy bedroom. furniture got dust need to wipe by yourself bcoz i stay wth my bby. the toilet is not do the cleaning bfore we enter. got water mark on the bathroom glass. no tv channel even got astro. the security is ok. got our own car park. got kedai runcit, restaurant n doby there.

There is no toilet paper provided, fridge and toilet have a stingy smell. No aircond at living room, it is hot in the afternoon

No body knows where this Alam suites cos there is no signage no lobby no staff .”

This place are not properly maintained. I had to go on a merry go round to look for the place. There is no signage. We were actually standing right in front of the place and no one knows when asked. I had called the contact no. given . Then I had to wait for more then half an hour before a guy come to give us the key. The lift landing had almost all the flooring popping out. The rest is history...I will not recommend it to anybody.

Cleanliness need extra improvement. Cockroaches alot in the house. Bathroom not being clean before we check in. Mattress sheets not clean still got smell & hair laying on the pillow. Kitchen cabinet stink. TV cannot connect to ASTRO NJOI even there is an ASTRO NJOI... No Signal! Kindly look into the cleanliness before ready for next tenant.

The house is very nice, clean, heater, aircond all are functioning. Quite & Nice view. The house doesn't have stove but there is microwave at the counter. There's a few restaurants at ground level, I stay there for business purposes, GRAB & UBER are easy to get. Definitely will come again. Tq

Alam Suite offer a variety of facilities for us to choose with. Rest assure that for the safety since we have been given a 26th floor. The lift working all the time, cleanliness was good. Maybe need one more air condition at the living hall; quite hot during night. The rest was OK for a backpacker for vacation. Thanks.

Very good alternative to a hotel stay”

Chose to stay there to be close to Shah Alam Stadium where I took part in an obstacle race. Many eating places nearby, a shopping mall was also within walking distance. Had a chance to experience the weekend market on a Sunday morning; a busy place where cheap items could be bought. Wouldn't mind staying there again if need to stay at Shah Alam.
