Short Stay in Randwick”

For a short stay in the Randwick area, the Alison is ideal. I shared the double bed Room with my daughter, it was a little small but was conveniently located near the shared bathroom. Staff were friendly and hopeful. Great location in Randwick.

Noisy ”

The room was neat but the noise from the road is unbearable. Couldn’t get a good night sleep even the windows was shut. Definitely doesn’t worth the money

We understand this is a shared toilet but was penalized $50 for forgetting to bring out access card”

Was late in the night and forgotten to bring out my access card to visit the restroom so was forced to pay a heavy $50 fine to retrieve key. Totally will not recommend others to come to this hotel. The room was also noisy whenever doors from the outside closes and it reverberate through the walls.

Helpful staff, the room is comfortable, plenty of public transport nearby to reach the city and the airport.

Our stay was horrible. We had to share bathroom with three other rooms. No available parking. And what’s worse, I lost my bluetooth headset which has sentimental value. When I called up the hotel, all they can tell me is that they could not find it. Worst stay I’ve had ever.

This place needs to replace the staff at the counter. She is very impatient and ready to snap at the slightest opportunity.

My colleagues took the shared bathroom while I took the En-suite bathroom option which was priced about AUD40 more. The shared bathroom was actually okay as there are several bathrooms on the same floor., which are just next to the rooms.

For the price I paid for this dinky room, I had a full sized apartment in Auckland. Bed was somewhat comfortable, if soft. Was an easy walk to Coles and Woolworths - but the kitchen facilities here are lacking. Only a microwave hidden away downstairs in the basement. Checkin closes at 7pm, and you won't be issued with any instructions like wifi password or anything - so i found it a bit lacking. The room itself is very small and had hardly any room to open my suitcase.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. It's a good place to relax. Unfortunately, there was not bathroom in our private room, we should use share bathroom. It is a little bit inconvenient, but the share bathroom is very clean, so it still good. If you want to choose a cheap and quiet place to have a rest, this hotel is the best choice.
