Very bad qaulity of service ”

I have statyed this hotel for regular business and I recently stayed after Pnademic and the quality of customer service through staff is awful. They are not trained and I dont even get info from resturant regarding menu. (So I had dinner NH hotel even though I stayed there. They really need to go back its service quality prior to pandemic period.

Good hotel close to Austria Center Vienna”

Good location, 5 min walk to Austria Center and U-bahn Nice room, 5th floor Restaurant, eatable but nothing special. Tried both lunch and breakfast buffet Fitness center, no weights only running machines and bicyles

The location was best suited to my visit at Vienna International Center, across the road. Staff was very friendly and courteous. It has great value for money. Love to stay again.

Great Location and Staff”

Located conveniently near Vienna International Centre/United Nations Office and U1 train station (both places at about 3 to 5 minutes leisure walk). The area is quiet. There is a park just beside the hotel which is great for morning or afternoon walks. There are convenient stores/restaurants nearby. City centre may be reached by riding the U1 station.

good hotel for a conference at the Austria center”

Was a great location for a conference at the austria center. In walkign distance of the conference and plenty of shops around. Also in walking distance of the river. Good breakfast.

Good hotel near to the Vienna International Centre; just across the road. The deal was great. The room was huge and there was also the use of the executive lounge, which was ok.

The room service was poor in service as the drinking water was not replenished and room service was not done daily as per request. The wifi is slow and the password was changed every 48 hours. I requested for queen bed for my husband and I but was given twin bed that was put close together. Walking distance from hotel to Vienna international centre and train station.

Stay was good and some house keeping staff made very comfortable. One of the reception staff made effort to find connected room after her colleague said it's not available.

Good location and Clean”

Good location. A train station is right opposite the hotel. The is clean but quite expensive car park Euro19.00 per day (may be it's normal for local people). Poor internet.
