Poor location and facilities”

The hotel is located in a remote area though connected by bus. The facilities are very mediocre unlike what is expected from a 4 star hotel.

It was excellent gut the price. The air conditioner didn't work great, but it was weather when I stayed, so I simply left the window open.

It was lovely , the staff were friendly and the food was great , it was in a good location easy to get the bus and not too expensive for a taxi . The room was lovely but needed airconditioning for summer nights . The tv could have had english channels

Acceptable but not the best”

The hotel looks better in the photos and it's somehow outdated, a few things that we can call "vintage" are still present in the rooms. The location is not the best if you want easy access to Salzburg city center but it's acceptable for one or two nights.

Arena hotel is near of the bus stop. it is convenient to go to the town. They do not provide safe and refrigerator in the room. You may need to pick up the water or coffee at 3rd floor which they are the counter at the corner of 3rd floor.

Gute Erreichbarkeit”

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Ambiente schon etwas abgewohnt. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist nicht sehr umfangreich. Einfach nur ein Shampoo, kein Schuhputzzeug. Der Fernseher winzig klein. Keine Sicherheitskette vor der Zimmertür. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auschecken geht sehr flott und unbürokratisch. Keine lange Wartezieten. Ein ganz tolles Hotel für Messebesucher und Aussteller.

Был хороший большой двухкомнатный (!) номер с цельной (!) двухспальной кроватью и ванной. Но в отеле все очень потрепанное временем и туристами, нет чувства чистоты. Завтрак очень разнообразный (даже разные сорта сыра и шампанское), но все казалось каким-то несвежим (фрукты и вовсе прокисшие). В остальном ок. Мы путешествуем на машине, поэтому поспали - поели - рано уехали.

Hôtel à petit prix avec sauna”

Cet hôtel a été plutôt difficile à trouver. Son prix est attractif. La restauration sur place est plutôt bonne et bon marché, sous style de buffet (nous avons eu de l'agneau, du poulet, du saumon fumé et un choix varié de desserts) Les chambres sont plutôt petites et usagées (nécessiteraient un petit coup de peinture), mais nous sommes satisfaits par rapport au prix payé. La salle de bain est plutôt mignonne. L'hôtel a un sauna à disposition.
