The hotel is just about a couple of minutes walk from the train station which is highly recommended and convenient if you are carrying heavy luggages along with you. Comes with breakfast and mini bar in hotel. Service staff are friendly and nice. Room is clean and neat. Will head back again if I happen to travel to Salzburg.

Very good value for money! Right next to the central train station, and a short walk to the old town where all the things are at! If you get the Salzburg card, which you absolutely should, you can take a 5 mins bus ride straight into the old town!

3 mins walking distance to train station👍🏻. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Salzburg.

Pros: Great design. Near to bus/train station. Groceries ans Eatery nearby. Cons: Open concept shower area whereby water will splash out and is freezing while showering especially winter time. Staffs dont seems like welcoming.

Very near the train station”
Location is great as it is a 5 min walk from the train station and about 20 mins walk to the main attractions area. The only issue i had was with the card key. My room was on the 13th floor and there was only one working lift. When i reach my room my card key is always not working and i have to wait for the lift again to go down to get it fixed. Other than that issue, all is great.

Ideal boutique hotel located near train station”
Hotel is new and modern, it is a short walk from the Salzburg train station, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable after a day of sightseeing. However, the shower area is open and transparent, hence it might not be suitable for families or friends.

Conveniently located”
For its location I would say that this is one modern hotel that you would want to stay. For its price, perhaps you should reconsider as you would have to walk to the reception to reserve for a kettle (water heater), and that is also dependent on your luck - not to mention the €20 deposit. I would say tea and coffee, and of course the water heater should be something pretty basic that all proper hotels should be able to provide - especially when you’re paying this amount for a night. Regardless, I stayed over for three nights, it was nice and very convenient. Would I return? Sure, but I’d make sure to reserve a water heater before my stay.

Wonderful stay in Salzburge”
The hotel location was great! It's just 5mins walk from the Salzburg train station hence there is no need to walk far with your heavy luggage. We have wonderful mountain view from our room and the breakfast area. Though its located next to railway track but the sound proof is fantastic. The room is spacious and beautiful too. 10mins walk to Sound of Music tour place and walking distance to many tourist spots. Highly recommended.

Gute zentrale Lage (hervorragende ÖNuVverkehrsanbindung)und trotzdem ruhig. Freundliches Hilfsbereites Personal ! Hervorragende Betten !!! Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit wunderschöner Aussicht über die Stadt!!! Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber, vielleicht ein bisschen zu cool und unpersönlich. ! Badezimmer sollten immer eine Tür haben !

Wunderschönes nagelneues Hotel”
Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zum Beispiel ist mein Mann sein Ehering ins Waschbecken gefallen und nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption kam sofort ein Techniker und zerlegte das Waschbecken (Siffon) um nach dem Ring zu suchen. Leider ergebnislos aber trotzdem super Service. Wir können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

깔끔하고 위치 좋은 가성비 호텔”
잘츠부르크 중앙역 근처에 있어 짐이 많은 여행객에게는 최고의 위치입니다. 룸컨디션도 아주 좋구요. 작지만 냉장고도 있네요. 미라벨정원까지 천천이 걸어갈만하구요, 모짜르트생가, 자물쇠다리, 게트라이데거리, 대성당, 호엔요새가 다 연결돼 있습니다. 돌아올때 버스 이용하면 되고. 다만 욕실이 반투명 커튼만 쳐진 오픈된 형태라 쫌 민망.

5월/2박/2인 역에서 걸어서 5분 이내. 역이랑 가까워서 스벅 같은데 가기 편했고 근처에 음식점도 많고 교통도 편리. 잘츠부르크에 흔하지 않은 높은 건물인데 조식이 15층이라 경치 보면서 밥 먹기 좋고 메뉴도 잘 나옴. 추천. 다만 화장실이.. 문 없는 건 둘째치고 샤워부스 유리가 반만 있어서 물이 밖으로 다 샘.. 세면대 앞이 물바다가 돼서 아주 불편했음. 그 외에 시설, 위치 모두 만족.

비엔나 최고의 뷰에 소피텔이 있다면, 잘츠부르크에는 아르테호텔이 있습니다. SO 비엔나의 뷰도 정말 환상적인데, 아르테 호텔의 잘츠부르크 뷰는 그것보다 더욱 훌륭합니다. 처음 보았을때, 정말 그림같은 풍경이었습니다. 특히, 운터스베르크/호엔잘츠부르크 요새 쪽 방향이 환상적입니다. 객실은 무난하게 3~4성급 호텔급이지만, 샤워실 문 구조를 무조건 바꿔야 할 필요가 있습니다. 샤워만 하면 방이 물바다가 됩니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하며, 방 크기 어메너티 등만 제외하면, 5성급의 호텔입니다.
