the room are clean, staff are helpful, i had a problem with th TV, didn't work and need to wait the technician to fixed it. i had stay for 2 nights and the first night the AC didn't cool, so the next day we moved to other room... unfortunately they don't have any restaurant,

Spacious..suitable for family..good value price..very Strategic location...The minus thing is the Breakfast, must improve in term of the choices and taste..and there is no awning in the car park..so when it is raining and you want to get to your car..surely you'll wet if you don't have any umbrella..and the staff wont hold the umbrella for you to the parking lot

Comfortable place”

Comfortable hotel, close to the mall, the room are big enough and clean, the breakfast is very tasty and lots of variety. But, the facilities are little bit poor, there is no hairdyer in the room and outside the room is noisy at night, very disturbing. The pool water quite dirty and there is no standby officer to provide towels.

Warm greeting from the front desk as I arrived to check-in. The staff (Jeslyn / Jeslin) even remembered me from my previous visit and addressed me by my name. That was a very warm touch. Much appreciated. Would make it my preferred choice of accommodation whenever in Serpong Tangerang! Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was average but the location was near a mall so there is no worries if u need to get some gocceries. U wanna see the night life, head to the mall on saturday night. The hotel aircon was awesome esp when it can get hot outside. I must say it was a gd stay!

Great location”

Walking distance to a big mall next to the hotel is one of the advantages, the swimming pool is ok for leisure and some exercises, and the gym facilities is the added value. The food served on breakfast is average, but suffice my whole family for a standard hotel's breakfast varieties. The room is good, but maybe some routine air-condition's clean up is obviously important. Overall, it is a very good value for money for the whole family who wish to escape the hectic daily.

Quiet. Clean. Convenient to Mall. Very good breakfast buffet. We also stayed at the sister hotel Ara. This is better. When they complete renovation if the pool it will be even better. This is the Residence not the hotel. The hotel looks good also.

Okay and so comforting, except the incident ”

The bad is just on the next morning, the cleaning service could knock our door and open the door while we are sleeping (and awake because the sound of the door closed) he just say sorry and got out. It’s really disturbing and not safe.

Good place to stay for weekend blast”

The room surprisingly clean. If you plan just relax in the room, this place was all you need. The breakfast was very variative and very delicious.. the price is not as expensive as five star hotel. If you stay here, you should take the breakfast package, thumbs up for the chef! The hotel & apartment is accross the mall, so everything is there. The cons only for the swimming pool, bathroom and the parking ticket, the swimming pool floor is cracked, its not safe because it will hurt our feet..the size is small, if your toddler love to swim, i dont recommend this hotel for your baby. The shower door in room 241 was broken, we cannot close the shower door, and the bathtub cannot wash away the water, it was clogged (same with the shower drainage). The parking ticket was not registered as you checked in, there's some delay, therefore you need to take a stamp for it in the reception, just in case the machine is not working

Pleasant stay”

No complaints at all. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the breakfast was scrumptious as well. I booked this stay at a discounted price and while the facilities weren't that awesome, it was definitely still a great value for money.

Nice n comfort room w/ reasonable price”

Very nice and comfort apartment, very good location. Not too crowd but still near a shopping and food center. Room is quite big and wifi speed is OK. The minus side is they only have outdoor parking lots instead of indoor. Breakfast is above average, in the OK 👌 category. Overall I'll Give 5 star. Would like to choose this condo again.

The basic style of this hotel is condotel. Is convenient for brimg your guest to the room because there are separated bedroom and living room. Hotel environment was good, near the shopping center which one of the biggest in Serpong area, lots of dining place around the hotel. One of my favorite dishes is Nasi goreng bebek (duck fried Rice). Value of money. pefect for long stay.

SUPERB SERVICE APARTMENT”

My last stay at this apartment style hotel was never disappointing. You cannot help but feel at home when the staffs greet you by your name. I've frequented this hotel whenever I am in Gading Serpong. The one bedroom unit is spacious with all modern amenities expected of a good hotel: fridge with mini bar, LCD TV with cable channels, sofa and coffee table, study table with chair, multi socket power point (which comes in handy if your electrical device does not come with a European style two point power plug), bathtub, toilet with bidet, shower cubicle, toiletries, hair dryer, safe deposit box etc. The bed is comfortable with good pillows, and the TV swivels between the living room and the bedroom. There's also a decent pool (and a wading pool for children) on the third floor. Well equipped gym can also be found next to the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to all types of travelers.

Excellent hotel with great amenities”

I love staying at the Hotel due to its location and great staffs. The rooms are clean and well equipped, though it has some hiccups in the maintenance of the bathroom. On one occasion, the bidet wasn't working well and despite complaints it was not fixed properly. On two occasions, the housekeeping staffs did not clean up the room daily. Otherwise, the Hotel is fantastic. I will definitely stay there again soon.

I really enjoy staying here. With 3 childs, the hotel offers 2 bedroom hotel, complete with kitchen tools which I can use to cook simple food, water galoon, family room, and also it has bath tub. My childs spend their time swimming in the pool. It also only 5 minute walks to Summarecon Mall Serpong. I only wish the pools is bigger..hehehe. Thank you

The room is clean, spacious with a small living hall. It's cozy, the location near to Sumarecon Mal where you can do your shopping and find foods to feed your stomach. The room comes with cable TV programmes, lotsa of movies and sports as well as local TV programs chose from. Great for business travels, you can get local taxi and best of all, Grabs are everywhere! You get one within 5 mins of booking during mornings.
