Fabulous little gem, excellent location, but off the beaten path so quiet and refined. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely go back. The bar was the lowlight, but everything else was an A+

Took my husband on tour in rome.and we need private sector guider to Vatican.they arrenged everything.but did not tell the price.til the end the guider was awsome.so 80 euro for 1hour .3hours is 240.woth IT.then o thought hotel should charge my card and pay the driver.sobut They didnt .after the your is done the driver Ask me to pay 240 euro in cash.i ran to reception wanna They charge IT from my card and They can pay the driver.they They said"we dont have cash" sp i have to work almost 30mins to fond a ATM..this hotel -------worst

excellent decoration, location and breakfast buffe”

the hotel is well decorated - elegant and classic. the room is a bit small but still comfortable. some problems with the air-conditioning - seems like it needs some repairs and we did call the front desk for a few times to fix it. the location is good though, well situated in a posh, high-end area.

WOW !! Fantastic Hotel,and a great location ”

I booked Regina Hotel Baglioni after 10 days of very busy traveling .It was as per the Agoda reviews 8.6+ and a real treat. The hotel is very nice ,close to some great restaurants Spanish Steps Trevi Fountain and good shopping. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The Hotel was the cleanest I had stayed in during my stay and the day spa massage and fruit tea guaranteed me a relaxing sleep.The breakfast had a great variety served in the magnificent dining area . I will stay again next trip .

Great location, lovely hotel”

They did not have our reservation even though I had confirmation from Agoda. Tried telling me it was last minute, it was made 6 weeks earlier. eventually sorted it out but it could have been a disaster if they were sold out which in late July is not unheard of. Concierge and front desk superb, 10 min walk to Metro, 15 min walk to Spanish Steps, beautiful safe area to walk around. Had a great time.

hotel with great location”

a good hotel located in a good location. its on the boulevard of via venetto. 10 minutes walking to spanish steps and 5 min to vila borghese. great service, reasonably price. i have no complaints abt this hotel.

At the first sight I didn´t like the hotel. But after staying, I even said to the concierge, that I changed my mind. It´s a great hotel.

Guter, alter Luxus - zeitgemaess in schoener Lage”

Das Hotel ist ein italienisches Grand-Hotel alter Schule und nichts fuer Freunde minimalitischen Designs. Es liegt 10 Gehminuten von der Spanischen Treppe entfernt und damit ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt, um Rom zu Fuss zu entdecken. Das an der Via Veneto gelegene Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die ueppig ausgestatteten Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten einen netten, kleinen Balkon, der auf eine Seitenstrasse und ueber die Daecher von Rom blickte. Das Fruehstueck war ausgezeichnet und die meisten Empfehlungen des Concierge fuer Restaurants waren sehr gut. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die 50 Euro, die pro Nacht fuer die Garage in Rechnung gestellt wurden, stellten fuer mich einen neuen Rekord auf.

hotel de luxe situe dans une rue mythique”

hall d'entree immense,luxueux et classe.L'accueuil, meme en pleine nuit, tres amical et quand meme professionnel. la chambre spacieuse, le personnel de nettoyage present et discret soit une proprete hors pair. la chambre decoration baroque et plein de petites attentions, un vrai bonheur. Dans les communs, un festival de photos des annees 60. Le petit dejeuner, un buffet, un vrai regal tout en legeretes. Une bonne situation pour visiter la ville. A deux minutes a pied, une grande place avec taxis mais l'hotel est malgre tout legerement excentre ce qui vous laisse en dehors du tourisme de masse. J'insiste sur la gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilite.

Premier accueil un peu froid compensé par ailleurs par un excellent service de la conciergerie et un service efficace et très professionnel du restaurant. Chambre donnant sur une cours intérieure très tranquille mais les chambres entre-elles sont plus ou moins bien insonorisées.

ホテルの立地建物は、素晴らしいのにスタッフは仕事をしない。ドアマンは、なんの為にいるの・・？何度となく、出入りしてもいらっしゃいませとも、こんにちはとも言わない。 コンシェルジュも、気が付かない訳がないけど、無視して顔すら上げない 朝食は、３回食べたけど全部同じメニューでした。
