The place is very good, clean, very suitable for honeymoon or with family events. Very close to the beach with white sand which is very cool to see. Anyway I recommend it for your choice

We have never been disappointed with BBB, and we intend to return again. You can't beat a comfortable stay with good food and within a very short walk to the beach. If you are looking for the lap of modern luxury in your room, stay in a fancy hotel. But if you want a cozy place to spend some time near a beautiful beach with a very inviting atmosphere, then this is a wonderful choice. Thank you BBB staff. We look forward to seeing you again!

Great and not so great”
Great place with excellent staff. However, their is a place built next door now and they host large groups. The group had 4 large speakers and they sang terribly loud until 1 am over 4 large speakers pointed right at the Bungalows. It was so loud the kids and adults couldn’t sleep. They started back at 7am the next morning. After they left the peace and sanity returned. I feel really bad for this amazing place bc it is ruined when the place next door hast guest.

Hi Joshua, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are also very upset about our neighbours. It is unfortunate that there was a party next door during your stay. A meeting was held earlier this week and all resorts along this beach attended to report how serious this situation is. Although it does not happen often, when it does - nobody is ever happy. We hope the authorities will set out a new ruling soon so that Bara Beach can remain peaceful for all our guests. Hope to welcome you here again soon. Best wishes to you and your family!
2nd time visit”
2nd time to visit this place, still a great place as it was... Loved to spend time here.. celebrating my birthday with my couple, the owner responded well to our request, it was a great time. Love to come here again next year. Pros: friendly staff, great environtment, white sands, nice place for swimming, responsive owner, good food. Cons: unfriendly road to get here.. better use own vehicle to get here.. Don't expect TV to watch here, this is a place to let go all of your electronic device and just have a great time. Come on weekday and not in high season for best time here.

Lovely Stay”
Nice cottages, the bathrooms are a little dated but very clean. The location is perfect towards the end of Bara Beach, which has far fewer visitors than Bira. Food at the restaurant was good and breakfast provided several options. The staff are excellent and very friendly.

I was choosing this stay because of the quiteness compare to Same Resort. but in fact, the party nearby is not over until 3 AM. So annoying!! We can't sleep that night, and ruined our next day..

Really a few step down to the beach. So quite, the view from the dining table is amazing. Too bad it was expensive on the weekend. If you can stay on the weekdays (price is cheaper) you’ll get the best place around the Bara area!!

pro: -great location. far from bira and quite secluded. - continuos supply of water and electricity. - large room and suitable for family with childrens. - situated just by the beach. easy for us to change clothes. - delicious foods cons : - the roads were full of potholes and large stones. - the floor of the room is sticky. -the beach is full of litter. it was clean before. the source of the garbages, maybe from the small stalls on the beach. broken glasses were on the beach. -expensive foods -large number of flies.

Fabulous location, secluded beach, great food & staffs!!! Too bad music next door was blaring all nite. But we had a good nite sleep regardless. Great getaway!!!

neglected”
It has the potential to become one of those great bungalows, esp with its direct access to Bara Beach. However, its hygiene and facility (even lighting in the area) are far from satisfactory. The staff's service is fair, slightly below standard I guess. With such a condition, I dont think I will have my staying there.

Such A Hidden Paradise”
this is the first time I stayed at Bara Beach. overall, it was a great vacation. the way the staffs serve and help us are outstanding. they are so friendly and look really sincere. the air conditioner works really well, so we feel comfortable staying inside the room. as well as the water-heater, so we can take a bath without worrying of cold water. someday I will come back to this place again.

Quite expensive i think, could be more expensive than Bali for high season. The best thing is that the view is very enjoyable. the hotel food not recommended at all, the access to the main road is quite hard as no public transport are passing, and it takes 10-15 min by car.

Best place to spend vacation”
Pros: big bungalows, private white sand beach, bathroom with glass roff, delicious food, friendly and helpfull staff, quiet place Cons: too hot if the ac not on in the day, rocky road to reach the place If you looking for beach vacation, then this is the perfect place.. not far is liukang island. A perfect place for snorkling and eating grilled fish. Only 10min by speedboat

Good place to eat a tuna fish”
After a long trip from makassar (5 hours by car), we joined our hotel, a little bit remoted from the village, but we were happy to see the beautiful beach.

Comfy and good place”
I love the view from the restaurant. The bungalows is big and comfy. The service is good and nice. Unfortunately there is no room that have a view with ocean only from restaurant. The food is good i love the fried rice in here.
