Very clean place with very friendly and helpful staffs. And everything near to you as restaurants, markets and pharmacy with high privacy. I will choose this place again.

George support and hospitality throughout the stay was amazing. Other staff aslo cooperated whatever is needed.

Guy on reception on my arrival was tired. He kept my passport and doesn’t wants give it to me back till my departure- weird. House keeping comes clean the room at 6pm - abnormal. People in restaurant so kind and nice .

The hotel is supposedly closed but they do not tell you. I usually stay here and they have a bathtub in their rooms, so I saw one 2 bed apartment, when I got there no bathtub, absolutely freezing and the sofas had dirt and crumbs on it meaning they hadn't been cleaned. I understand it is a hot country but for 2-3 months when it gets cold the walls absorb the cold and its freezing indoors, But they have heating downstairs in their reception but not for guests.

I did my booking on 13th Jan to 15th Jan, payment was done and got the booking confirmation, but when I reach belair , they refuse to give me room and refund my money after deducting 10% of total payment , I don't understand this

في الغرفة المجاورة لي يوجدة غرفه فيها دي جي وبنات يدخلون ويطلعون وقزايز الشراب بالسيب مرميه وازاعاج الرقص والموسيقى عندي ولما سألت الربشن يكلمهم قال ما اقدر أزعجهم بالاخير طلع صاحب العقار المكان جدا سيء وقذر ولا انصح اي شخص يسكن هنا لان القانون فقط يطبق عليك اما صاحب المكان يزعجك ولا احد يكلمه لايوجد ماء بالحمام التلفاز لايعمل خدمة غرف سيئة جدا The room next to my room there is dj and girls come and out and alcohol bottles in the way near rooms and very noisy I cannot sleep when I asked reception they told me we can’t disturb them !!! No water in toilets No tv Very bag housekeeping

3 days more than half the hotel rooms without water.... the problem is the quests has been ignored ... I mean there is no notification or apologies . “Bad management “

Bathroom so disgusting”

I stayed before in a room and it was fine, but this stay the room was clean, however the bathroom has a very disgusting. It had a very strong stench from the bidet! And no matter how many times the housekeeper cleans it, it comes back again even with the fan open. The room was 304.

Good hotel and excellent location”

Then hotel was good, they made an effort and got me a better room that previously. The staff actually listen and try and help. The hot water runs out and then doesn't come back for a while.

THE HOTEL IN THE ROAD WHICH IS THE HEART OF JUFFAIR NO NEED TO USE CAR TO GO FAR EVERYTHING NEAR, BUT THE HOTEL US A BIT OLD NEED TO BE RENEWED, THE ROOM IS BIG. I LIKE THE LOCATION BUT NEXT TIME I'll NOT BOOK IN IT AGAIN

الاستقبال محد يتكلم عربي المدير دايما نايم موب متواجد يوم حجزت عن طريق اجودا طلبت فرشه اسنان قالوا ان حجزك من اجودا مانعطيك فرشه ولا سلبرز ولا بطانيه ؟؟!! اسوء شي شفته بحياتي تعامل شنييع كانك تشحذهم المشكله غالي مادري وش عليه الكنب والاثاث كله قدييم الريحه تكتم مع اني طالبه غرفه لغير المدخنين حجزته بنائن على تقييم النزلاء قبل وياليتني ماحجزته اجودا عرضوا علي مبلع 28 ريال بدال الفرشه الي ماعطوني اياه بس رفضت المبلغ لانه الغلط من الفندق وليس من اجودا الفندق لايستحق حتى نجمه من اداره وموظفين

Good but not good”

After a bad mistake and booking not found and Hotel full, I had to move to another very bad hotel for the evening. The next night the staff was friendly, even let me use the pool after 12 am, Reason for being awake that time, I could hear the people next door, that is when the drill that was making noise was not damping the noise. Kitchen room need a bit more things to make you comfortable to cook a little. Over all I would rate it 6 out of 10 for juffair. And believe me, i have experience in Juffair fairly priced hotels.
