No one was around when we reached the premis and there were no signboard either . There should be a reception counter to check our booking. I had to go to the dyana budget hotel to make enquiry which is in the opposit building after enquiring from the taxi driver nuarby.

i used to stay in this properties a few times. However, the last stay come to a very big disappointment whereby the room i booked (based on booking page with the room details such as kitchenette and room size) is very much different from the room given. Reason being the properties owner was running out of room and gave me a smaller room (which is totally different from the booking page) from other properties owner. And based booking page, there is a price different for the smaller room compared to the one i booked.... I feel like i am being cheated over from the room information shown in booking page. ........

This time we had been absolutely not happy about the cleaning of the rooms. We booked two rooms, one was not acceptable, the second was just ok. Interior needs update and or repair. We always liked this place in the past, as it's close to shopping malls, restaurants and many other things. Close by are taxis and a big bus station. In the past we could only say good things about this place. We hope that the cleaning and the interior change back as it was before. We like to announce that they had been very kind on beeing flexible on the check out time. If the criticised points will be improved, we can strongly recommend this place.

In the past this was in every matter the very place to go. Unfortunately suffered the quality of cleaning over the years. The cleaning status was not acceptable this time. Interior needs update. I hope that this things change, because it's a really nice place I like to go in the future again. I have to announce as positive and kind that they had been flexible on the check out time.

huge room, affordable for travelling in group. Pleasantly surprised that telekung is provided. Although, we couldnt find any tissue paper. Should provide tissue paper. However, there was no staff to attend to us. more appropriate if there is someone to welcome us to give us the key and show us around. All in all very comfortable. would stay here again if given the chance.

My stay with young kids 5yo and 7months. Value for money, parking provided at basement, 24hrs self service laundy, surrounded by restaurants and located at heart of Kota Bharu easy access to shopping mall, night market, pasar khadijah and many more. Needs improvement on toilet cleanliness... other than that best stay... Xtra Credit to staff... my kids left her HP... the staff had called me for picks up.

No reception upon arrival. Basically is whole building of room managed by different owner. Owner is a liar, force to pay tourism fees despite I m a Malaysian. Last min inform on change in size of the room from 400plus m2 to 200 plus m2 room on the morning of the day I supposed to check in. No toilet paper and hair dryer. Was given a room looks 'haunted' with blinking light initially, after long bargain only got into a better room. What a bad experience overall.

Spacious for family, basic need for overnight stay. Had to go to the laundry/dobi shop for check in. Had a security guard near the elevator. Will be a choice to stay in future.

I req room just queen size bed but they gave me queen + 2 single bed. Its okay for me for extra bed. Wake up in the morning having sore throat and dry cough. Suspect the aircond was not clean. There was sticky water running out from the aircond. The room is clean but the toilet especially floor and the wall not so clean and needs improvement. Overall stay was satisfied except the aircond has cause the sore throat. BONUS : Walking distance to Pasar Khadijah and in the heart of city of KB. Secured car park at the basement.
