Bad experience ”

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was leaking and asked them to replace the room. They told me that the maintenance will come and he doesn’t. Finally, after 8 hours of this horrible stay, there were a kind receptionist at night shift and he replaced the room with another one.

Cheaters”

They gave me Single Bed where as in my Booking it was Large King size Bed, i ask them to change my room they said they don't have any double or King size Bed i cant sleep the whole night that bed is also declined towards head. Staff is awful, if i ask or try to explain the situation they were saying call Agoda.

Disappointing ”

The location of the hotel is very good, there is no specific rooms for non smoking, all rooms are smoking rooms. Staff were not helpful, I booked for king bed and they promise to change the room once it is available. The lady in the reception said to me she will leave a note to change the room, I call again after 3 hours and her colleague told me that he can't change the room because I already used the twins bed room.

one setback ......the room service is not consistent. They don't come clean the room everyday, in fact, they come at all if you don't request. Another thing, the front desk counter is not that efficient because they don't serve customer as first come first basis.

Feels like I am staying at Faulty Towers ”

Only English language tv Channel apart from news in hotel has no sound - ironic as the hotel is a Best Western when it is clearly neither Best or Western - as well as random but regular sounds of scratches and pigeon squawking from the Air Conditioning duct above the room but within the false ceiling 🤦‍♂️ Despite raising issues with hotel staff , feedback not received almost like no one has the authority to do anything except the bare minimum - watched another guest ask house keeping for an extra pillow and was amazed at the wide-eyed response, it was like the guest asked a forbidden question. Light switch for the room is hidden behind the wall mounted TV 🤔 - can’t explain that, not sure where to begin. Tv images was fuzzy then found the antenna cable not plugged in properly and no batteries in tv remote. Due to lack of communication amongst hotel staff on steps needed for my laundry request to be fulfilled, a weeks worth of laundry was forgotten to be processed and only completed when staff member offered to send it to an outside laundry. Just gets better - hotel ran out of toilet paper with tissue boxes being issued to each room - functionality is the same but have you ever heard of a hotel running out of toilet paper 🚽🙄 Now the hotel reception staff who I admit are lovely are asking to review them online and give them a 5 ⭐️ rating - not sure what to say
