Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve, de a szoba nagyon-nagyon hideg volt, a légkondicionáló állandóan ment, ha elhagytuk a szobát. A személyzet amúgy nagyon kedves volt, az ételek ízletesek voltak, minden rendben volt!

We love this hotel”

We travel for 20 days in Europe and this hotel is the best. The room is big and all the facilities are very good. The front desk is very helpful and nice. The hotel is located at downtown and there’s a subway station outside the door of the hotel. We will choose the hotel again for the next visit. Thank you for all the staff.

The hotel is just right in front of Manzoni metro station where you can take to Spagna and so on. Anyway, there is only 2 metro lines in Rome. Turn left from hotel and walk about 15min will lead you to coliseum. Not many restaurants near by and you need to take metro or taxi for meal. Room is just ok and there is kind of smell and I think it’s detergent or something.

Extremely small room for price.. like a closet”

Location is great.. walking distance to coliseum.. but of course overrun with Chinese tourists groups that dominate the property .. not the fault of property... but Jesus , they’re crawling on you to get to the elevator or to breakfast

Friendly staff. Complete facilty. Strong & fast wifi through out the hotel, full bar everwhere. Near convinience store, chinese resto, pizzaria, even a salon. 5mtr to the Metro & 7mtr to Tram. Parkir building in basement. On street parking available.

Strategical central location & close to the train station”

The hotel is quite near to train station about 1.3km & we walked to the hotel. Street parking is rather difficult since the hotel is on the intersection of main roads. Staffs were friendly and helpful but don't expect a porter to help you cos not many staffs.

Highly Recommended”

Right next to the tram stops and train station. Tons of food options round the corner. Loved the private space for a solo traveler like me and my room comes with a cute little balcony too. I am happy with my choice of stay.

Good location great service ”

The front desk are helpful . We paid €5per person for breakfast which is valuable because of variety of choices . The metro is just few walk from hotel and so are the tram and bus stop . Room was clean , complete amenities .the only problem was the ac didn’t work at the first day of our stay. But they fixed it very fast . Breakfast was just €5 per person with a lots of choices . Highly recommended .

Friendly and convenient ”

The hotel is just 10 meters from Manzoni metro station and is quite clean close to some of the points of interest. Staff are friendly and have one of the best buffet breakfasts at 5 Euro. Would recommend strongly

the hotel is near to metro 2min walk.the hotel is ok big room and clean.the staff is very friendly they help us alots...its better for u to ask the hotel call for a cab rather then u pick up on the street randomly because the taxi driver in rome they like to cheat on the cab fare.example the fare is 15euro they will said 45 euro.if the hotel call for u they will fixed the price.the reception staffs is helpful especially the lady.will come again.

Cannot stay closer to the underground....thus making travelling very easy Good breakfast Nice restuarant for dinner at hotel Size of room pleasant Cleaning of rooms not so good...maybe cleaner had a bad week.... Staff very friendly and professional

Amazing hotel and staff”

Pros: Excellent location right next to manzoni metro and 10 minutes walk to the colleseum, Comfy big bed with choice of pillows, Plenty of hangers and wardrobe space, Mini fridge, New bathroom with toiletries, power shower and soft big towels Breakfast was gawjus Staff couldn't do enough for you Bar was reasonably priced Cons: It was very cold for the locals so the heating was set to 25 degrees, due to this I was very hot during the night as the air con was turned off due to it being winter. Despite being on floor 6 the noise from the traffic on the road outside was extremely loud and seemed to amplified. Shutting the window and the metal shutter did help with this however then the room was very hot due to previously stated. All in all an excellent hotel and will defiantly be back

Hotel with pleasant staffs, clean, and affordable!”

We arrived at the hotel 3 hrs. earlier than check in time and the receptionist was very nice and considerate he told us that the room is ready and we can check in. The room was very clean, & the staffs are polite & pleasant. Breakfast was good & affordable. Location is good very close to the subway. Overall rate is 9😊

we arrived at the hotel around 8PM, got a very good welcome at the reception. at start we got a 2 single bads but we orded 1 bad, the hotel was full so we couldnt change room, the reception guy told us dont worry tommorrow we change ur bad all good. and they did it!. the only thing that was not good it was the elivator - it was slow and small.

Best Western Hotel President has a convenient location, good size of the room and of the bath for one person. In the room there is a fridge and a kettle with a mug and tea bags. Comfortable bed with a comfortable mattress. Courtyard rooms (I have such a one) have no view, but very quiet. Some things in the room are rather dilapidated and in need of alteration (not all the TV channels worked, and the situation was corrected only on the last day of my stay). In general I am glad that I chose this hotel and will recommend it to others, the quality-price ratio is good.

Pros: Location near a metro (but there are a lot of hotel better located near attractions, restaurants) that are also near the Metro. Friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant during breakfast. Cons: The only hotel we stayed in recently (others are hotels in Paris,London,Venice and Barcelona))that charged the daily city tax (EUR6/day) for my 10-year old daughter saying that since she will turn 11 in Dec2019 ( hotel stay is April 2019) she is passed the threshold and no longer exempted. According to the hotel staff, child should be 9years and 11 months! ! I would have a.ccepted that if other hotels have the same interpretation of the law and as I ponted out to them when I booked the hotel in Agoda, city tax was estimated/ computed for two adults only as well.
