This is a 2 room with living,dining hall n kitchen. spacious , quiet clean but bedsheet is so so need to impove. Is 7 mins drive from jetty, 7 mins walk to e local hawker center , spa provision store.there is free shuttle bus to lagoi plaza n nirwana resort too Food is just too expensive is sin or us prices, S$20+ for seafood fried rice. Tks to Dennis who pick us a show as around e neighborhood

Pros - the place is quite big for 2 person, the rooms are clean and its cheap! Cons - NO WIFI! the location is far from the beaches, the staff is unhelpful and giving us attitude. We went down to ask for a wifi pw and when we get down we were ringing the buzz, we thought no one is on duty but when we went to the room the guy in charge was just playing with his phone! and when we called him, he seemed so annoyed!

I hate wasting my money on those tourist traps of Nirwana and Bintan Lagoon. Over for Tour of Bintan? Don't want to get ripped off? Book Bintan Apartments (Bintan Lodge). The place is a dirty, stinking hole but the people are generous and kind and you won't find a better deal. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

perfect place to just sleep and continue with Bintan activities next day. Don't expect any 5-star facilities, safe - clean and comfortable bed and tons of space with aircon.

we lived in a family suit, 3 adults and 1 boy. the hotel locates very close to the ferry terminal and free transportation is provided. however it is just for sleeping. all the others, the food, the beach, the swimming pool... you had to find by your own way. the staff are very nice and easy to communicate in english. consider the price, we cannot require more.

Worth with price offered. But the location is very far from the attractions and beaches. The staffs told us the transport would fetch us from the hotel to ferry at 12:30 pm upon next day checking out. However, the taxi did not show up until 1pm and the staff kept saying he was not on duty when the taxi booking was done and so, he didn't know taxi driver's contact to ask whereabout for us. End up, we barely made it on time to ferry which left at 1:30pm.

The room was really big for a solo traveller, it has 2 big rooms, sala, dining table and kitchen. Cons: Poor wifi connection, sim card not sold to tourist, supposedly free 2 way land transfer but no one picked me up cause I booked it the same day, had to wait because they havent received the confirmation from agoda..

Cheap, Clean and Good”

After being ripped of by Nirwana hotels for years I finally found this oasis. Great location for TdB participant, can easily ride to every start and back. And to top it off there is a fantastic hawker center only five minutes walk away with breakfast available by 5am. Rooms are spacious, fridge is cold, air-con powerful and shower hot. Massages available close by too. What else do you need?

First time in Bintan for Tour De Bintan. They helped us a lot on bike transport issue and they plan shuttle bus service in line with the TDB program.👍🏼👍🏼⭐️⭐️ Especially staff Iskandar and his team members

Dirty apartment not recommended for family with kids”

Totally upset on everything related with BSA. Arrangement of transport pickup from ferry terminal through email with no response and called up to arrange pickup service and yet they did not turn up to pick us. Check in the apartment was horrible to find that the water boiler is faulty, cups are dirty with stains, the cupboards are falling apart, the aircon is with timer on forever which I need to wake up every hour to on it. Cockroaches everywhere and the toilet is worst than the public toilets with hairs everywhere. Total disappointment and recommend not to stay in this apartment if you want to have a pleasant holiday in Bintan.

If you'd like to experience the beauty of Bintan without spending too much, consider staying in this lovely apartment very near to hawker station, ferry terminal and treasure bay island. Room is clean. Big space for a family/group at a cheap price. Got mine for $36 USD from Agoda. 2 bedroom good for 4 people.

its a great inn for family or group travelers with affordable price , the air con is cool, the picture of the room and inn wich it post is the same with reality, but the lack of this apartment is the cleanliness, there were surrounded by many rats poop on the window and also we cant use the stove , but the scenery arround this apartment was very great with clear fresh air because of this great location , overall it is worth it to lodge in

Pros: near to the Treasure Bay Lagos and ferry terminal. Big family is suitable here. 5 minutes walking to local hacker and shops.

Allocated room was at ground floor. Looks totally run down. Room was infested with cockroaches. They were crowling out from every corner. Furniture was broken. Friendly staff gave s another room in second floor. It was 1000 times better.

Very unpleasant stay. We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights but due to conditions of the room we checked out on the next day. Aircon was not working well and dusty. Floor was dirty and sticky. Extra bed/matress was dirty. Blanket was dusty. My daughter had runny nose due to dust.

Value for money”

The staffs were friendly. Not sure about dining, we did not have breakfast there. Night sky is beautiful with lots of stars, as seen from front porch of apartment. It is value for money. We paid S$69.99 per night, booked for 3 nights, each person around S$50. Recommended.

Cheap easy access ”

Cheap easy access To treasure Bay & hawker Center. But not clean. Half of the group got rashes after sleeping on the bed.

The room is spacious and clean. But don't have boiler and tea only 2 bottles of mineral water is complimentary. Kitchen got electric stove but it is old so we don't use them in term of safety.
