best hotel in Paris”
we stayed in this hotel in our last 2 nights in Paris. We booked privilege room which has balcony. The room is decent size with 2 twin beds and 2 armchairs also a desk where my teenager can finish all her homework lol. The hotel is newly renovated. They have sitting area on each floor. the room is very clean and the staff at the hotel are really nice too. The location is the best there are all the luxury brand just couple minutes away. Definitely will come back !!
Lovely and Charming ”
The hotel is right on the heart of what a tourist in Paris is looking for. Lots of restaurants close by. Views of the Eiffel Tower from our garden view room on the 4th floor with perfect sitable balcony. From previous experience in Paris rooms are smaller the closer you are to the heart for he city but even the smallest room here is big on comparison to others of similar price in the area. There is room for all our baggage 3 large suit cases and 2 carry on bags etc. And you can still walk around the bed. Comfy bed. The staff have been very nice to help us as our French is terrible. The place is super clean and the tiny elevator is common to many hotels in the area adding to its charm. The breakfast room in the basement is also common for the area. It is very nice with a large selection you would expect. There are always plenty of staff to get help of every kind. The down side is that we can’t figure out how to get the towel warmer to work or maybe it’s broken. And I can’t get my straightener to work using the plug adapter. But I could get the phones to charge using the adapter. The rooms come with robes slippers and can be purchased Lots of helpful things in the bathroom. Not just shampoo and conditioner but nail care and facial care items. Stocked mini bar. Water from the tap tastes good as well. No dresser but shelving in the closets and under the bedside tables and there is a small desk and bench and chair There is also a safe.
Exceptional service and Wonderful ”
We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. Upon arrival, we realized that the initial room didn’t quite meet our preferences. We requested a room change, and the staff responded swiftly and graciously. Within no time, they relocated us to a beautiful room that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, courtesy, and willingness to accommodate guests’ needs are what make this hotel stand out. My new room was immaculate, with stunning views and all the comforts I could ask for. Thank you, for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and a seamless experience!
Springtime in Paris”
Absolutely stunning property. A very nice boutique hotel within easy walking distance of Champs Elysee, Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triumph and The Louvre. Very clean and comfortable. Make sure to request a “balcony room”. I highly recommend room 501 where we stayed. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but we did have a nightcap or two at the bar and that was just find as well.
Central location, unhelpful and unprofessional staff”
The hotel is centrally located, easy to get around and there is nothing more than that for the “ four stars” hotel. Staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. We asked for their assistance for making a restaurant reservation by calling the hotel number. Reception picked up but told us it’s not that job and asked us to call their concierge instead, which their “departments” are just next to each other. Concierge asked us to call back after 30 mins without taking any notes for helping on making the reservation. We called back after 30 mins and the concierge didn’t pick up so it went to the receptionist again and the lady who answered was taking details of the booking from us, we spelt her the restaurant name 4 times but she still couldn’t get it which was quite annoying. She mentioned she will leave a note to the concierge regarding the booking. 2 hours later we still had not received any calls from the hotel to confirm on the booking. We called back and this time the concierge answered the call and claimed that the reception did not leave them any notes. I was shocked and annoyed that the hotel staff fail to meet such basic standard and they wasted 4 hours of our time for such simply table reservation. They promised to call back but we never received any calls from them regarding the booking. The staff of the hotel cannot communicate effectively in english and they seem to not understand instructions and they do not keep promise. During check out, we requested them to send a concierge/ bellboy for help with our 7 suitcases in the room as there were staircases near our room which are not easy for us alone to move the 7 suitcases provided they are 30kg each. My husband was stuck at the door and could not go into the room to get the suitcases as the room key was not working at that time when we wish to checkout. Reception guy promised to send their colleague to open the door for my husband while I was taking care of the check out process at the front desk, my husband waited for 10 mins and no one came to help him. Our driver had arrived and I told them about it, the front desk guy was telling me to “ be patient madame” in a rude tone when there were 10 guests near me. At the end it was my husband who moved all suitcases to the lift and I was standing by at the lobby level to receive all the suitcases. There were 3 bell boy standing next to me but no one offer to help let alone the reception promised to send someone to our room to assist with check out. Very angry and disappointed towards the staff of this hotel and definitely no next time. There are so many choices around the area in the same area, so guys I’ll advise to stay elsewhere.
