Előnyök: tèli időjàràshoz nagyon meleg szobàk, tisztasàg, kènyelmes àgyak, remek szemèlyzet, nagyon segitőkèszek, remek hangulat. Hàtrànyok: nincs igazàn semmi hàtràny szerintem, habàr a tusolòkabinok kicsik szerintem, de ez nem egy nagy gond.

Sajnos a futes nem volt jo es konnyen fel lehet fazni. A hotelnek ajanlanam ilyen esetben jo lenne ha par hosugarzot beszereznenek! 17 fokban nem nagyon elvezet a szobaban tartozkodni telen. A szemelyzet kedves volt bar hianyzott a segitokeszseg peldaul ilyen esetben mikor nem mukodik a futes az egyik szinten at kellene helyezni a vendegeket a masik szintre.

Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Ár-érték arányban megfelelő. Kedves személyzet, tisztaság. Egyedüli probléma a parkolás, ezt sajnos csak nagyon drágán lehet megoldani, ami plusz költséget jelent.

Katasztrofális foglalási rendszer”
A hotel zárva,ennek ellenére az Agoda engedte,hogy oda foglaljak.Az összeget is azonnal kifizettették.Utána meg ott áll az ember a zárt hotel előtt,közel 300km utazás után.Mindenféle értesítés nélkül!Döbbenet!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location. Decent accommodation for the price, can't really find any fault - right in the middle of everything. The staffs were very helpful with all our requests - definitely recommended.

The lady at the reception was friendly - thanks. The hotel location is good - not that far from the 'Buda' side of the city via Elisabeth Bridge. Just a walking distance to Citadel, Gellert Hill. It's also close to pedestrian shopping street and cafes. The single room I stayed is very basic, but spacious enough for a solo traveler. Basically, good for sleeping/resting at night only (as the hotel itself is very minimalist). The good thing, there is 'Pappa Roti Cafe' in front of the hotel, serves 'halal' Middle Eastern Food.

This hotel is located in a pedestrian street right in the center of Budapest, which is quite nice. Unfortunately, noise isolation (from the street and the hallway) are non existent. Be aware there is no lift, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, you know what you will find. Shower with good pressure, toiletries were a bit poor (just shower gel). WiFi worked poorly in my room. There is a mini fridge which is quite useful. I didn't go for the breakfast as I didn't want to book it for my 3 nights stay as I needed to leave early on my last day: I sent an email to the hotel, they said it wouldn't be a problem, but then the price for breakfast per day went from 5e (agoda) to 8e (on site). The bed is ok but a little bit too hard, pillows do their work but also need some renewal.

Machine in room . Location is only plus point for this hotel . Even rooms are vacant ,they don't give room keys till there official check-in time 3pm .

Would not return ”
The location was central there were lots of restaurants, shops nearby. The downside was the noise , we stayed on the first floor at the front of the hotel . The shop opposite had early morning deliveries 6.00am which woke us daily the winding glass is very thin, noise throughout the night . The Bathroom shower was mouldy and hardly any room to move in it with plastic doors to close it ...The hotel was more like a 2 star, a refurb is well overdue...

It was freezing and their was no heat.. No TV in room no 2 bottles of water. Staff nasty. And locked out at 1 am.. Woukd not stay their if it was free

Worst place, dirty, very bad receptionist. No hair dryer,no lotion,soap,shampoo,small shower area”
The person in the reception is not answering call, she is just sitting infront. When I asked assistance about hop on hop off bus location she said “I dont know you should ask them not me” When I arrived in the hotel @ 12:30 I was told check in time us 3 pm and when I came back @ 2:45 pm she ( receptionist) said “ did I tell you check in time is 3 pm” , she should sat it in a nice way but no manner at all. She shouldnt be working in there. Shower area are too small that I need to open the door for me to fit. Only towel in the washroom. Bedside tables, lampshades and phone are full of dust. I was dis appointed. The only good about the hotel is the location.

Air conditioner was not working. No service. You have to go for your own to reception to get something. Lights were not enough in the rooms.
