Omaha (Nebraska) szálloda és egyéb szállás

Came up really well with all the remodeling and all the beautiful changes they made. Beeakfast is decent, price is manageable. Allow pets and kids which is amazing. Most are understanding and respectful and give you time if needed and work with you instead of against you .

Excellent check-in with no doubt of benefit. However, on checking out day, I don't to recheck with the front desk representative. It eased and acknowledged.

I came to Omaha for a concert!! I found a great rate for the room and it was literally across the street from from the concert venue!!

The customer service was great and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We recommend 10 out of 10.

Excellent location to visit multiple locations to visit downtown. Staff were very kind & let me use an umbrella during bad weather. Hotel bus will transport you up to 4 miles within town.

This is the best hotel, the owners are amazing and definitely keep this place clean and safe.

The location is good and cleanliness, facilities and everything is good in my experience. It’s definitely value for money.

Hotel was nice, we did have an issue in the room, and it was immediately fixed. Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Would stay here again!!

For the most part of our stay the room was very cozy and inviting. It was very pleasant from the beginning. The room had a wonderful sent, the temp was perfect. We both loved the bed and the bedding was wonderful. The parking lot could have been better, a bit to cramped, but good for a weekly stay. All though the city was making street repairs, the parking lots were still accessible. With additional parking to the west for the occasional weekend overflow. Key selling point was the staff, eager and willing to go above and beyond for their clientele. For that reason I deemed this hotel worthy of a second stay. And very many thanks to the staff, job well done. From the clients of room 214.

Our home was renovated so we had a 3+ weeks stay at hotels. The first 2 were horrid! So we tried Comfort inn SW Omaha I-80.... Let's just say it's a home away from home. The front desk is always trying to help and eleviate any issues we had! Breakfast really is a great amenity, meat , hot, refilled at all times, and greatest waffles! Juices and fruits also! Clean affordable and quiet! They leave you alone and let you tend to your family without being in your business. OH and a crispy clean POOL! That really helped with the kids! It was awesome! 👍 All around a GREATPLACE TO STAY if you need a home away from home!!🏠 I will definitely recommend you guys (the two guys at front desk are ever so kind!💯) Thank you to the staff for all your hospitality! ❤️ This is an AWESOME place to stay! 🎉👍❤️

There was no power when I checked in and they did not offer any kind of compensation or even an apology

Neat and clean rooms - good breakfast spread. Hosts were courteous and helpful. Booked it through Agoda and got a great deal - due to own fault booking dates were incorrect so spoke to Agoda customer care (Annan) and they managed to change it with some extra payment. Excellent customer service and good coordination with front office lady (Beth), who patiently handled the situation and helped us get the room despite this screwup.

Hampton was a good location to be close to Creighton University. The staff was friendly and helpful and the overall facilities were clean. We had a Nonsmoking, 2 queen beds room. Things to improve/consider: the beds had a slight cigarette smell, the bath only had a high shower head which was difficult to bathe younger kids with, there was mildew in the grout, no ventilation in the bathroom, the shower curtain kept falling open (the curtain rod was lopsided), and the shower gel bottle was empty. The parking was close and convenient though there was a charge. At night it was difficult to find a parking spot so people were parking along the dividers or on the median strips making it hard for those in stalls to pull out. Overall I might consider staying here again if the bedding didn't smell like cigarettes and if they upgraded their bathrooms. It was cheaper than most of the other hotels so it was okay for the price. Having a complimentary breakfast was nice although my kids didn't care for the food. They're not used to heavy American breakfasts so that shouldn't dissuade you. I did not use the fitness room or pool so I don't have comments on that.

The entire hotel smells like stinky feet! The decor is terrible. The carpet looks stained but is actually the pattern. You have to take 2 elevators to get to the garage. I won't stay here again.

I had flight diversion, found this place at 3 am, exceeded my expectations. I travel often, I wish all hotels were so nice. Nice staff, room and easy check in and out. Great value.

My expectations were definitely exceeded and it was one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. Tons of space for me and my 3 children. Definitely going to stay there again

Excellent value great service just off the beaten path. Very thankful.. Please don’t change a thing. 😎

Rooms are filthy. We were unable to deadbolt our door. The bed was hard as a rock and had no comforter just sheets.

Clean, lots of room for leisure, king room 2 tvs . Great location many nearby restaurants.

We stayed here for 4 days. I love staying at the Hyatt and this Hyatt did not disappoint. I did notice that the bathroom was missing a towel hook, waterpressure is very strong causing the water to spray out of the shower and the curtain rod was a little loose. The shampoo bottle was missing, but it wasn't a big deal because we do not use hotel provided shampoo anyway. I did not complain, because those little things did not interrupt my trip and we spent most of the day outside the hotel. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast has a lot of choices and is good value for the money!

First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay again when traveling thru the Omaha area. Every staff member at the hotel (front desk staff, ladies managing the breakfast area, and the property manager) was friendly, engaging, and actually seemed to care about me as a customer. The hotel is set back off the main road (W. Center street) which makes it quieter than many places where I have stayed. The property was clean and being well maintained. Parking was plentiful and well lit at night. Breakfast…hot items were hot and cold items were cold (what more can you ask for?). There was sufficient rotation of items to keep breakfast from becoming monotonous.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to UNO! Walking distance to our son’s dorm, restaurants, music and great coffee!

We got this room for a great price and was amazed at everything this place had to offer. Great service, location, breakfast, and beds. Would highly recommend!! Was told their hotel was recently renovated and it’s shows!!

I had a nice stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the woman at the front desk was professional and polite. Only downside is no breakfast, although it says breakfast is available on the website.

Felt like a home away from home very clean spacious and enjoyable I booked another before my last day I will recommend this to everybody who is traveling thru
