Very clean, comfy bed, excellent hot shower, quiet and central. Friendly helpful staff. Basic facilities but all you need.

Thank you so much for the accommodation. It was the first time in Coffs Harbour and I really enjoyed my stay. I was lucky to have checked in early which management was so cool on letting me do. Room was clean tidy and had more than enough for a nights stay. Love the service all-round. Highly recommend again to stay. Enjoy the left over alcohol.

The rooms was full of cockroaches. ”

As soon as we got in, a bunch of giant cockroaches crawled over the beds curtains and walls. It was the horrible experience that I had had in Australia. We could get some sleep concerning about appearing more cockroaches Over us. I would not come back to spending my night there.

Not worth the stop ”

I was travelling from Newcastle to the Gold Coast and decided to stay the night in Coffs. Not much of a choice to stay and this was the cheapest at $170 per night, and not worth that at all. Walked into reception and she had a cat and being absolutely petrified of cats I asked if she could bring papers out side so I could sign, the woman who owned the cat was very rude and refused, was not professional at all. The rooms looked nothing like he photos on the booking site. Was noisy from the road and neighbours. Curtains didn’t block out any of the lights that were left on. The bed was hard the pillows were horrible. Only thing I can say positive was that the room was cleaned well. Would not recommend to anyone.

We were traveling to gold coast from Sydney. We stayed here just one night. It is very conveniently located on the highway. Even though its tucked away from from the noise of the traffic. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had to pay extra when I checked in for the same booking which I had booked online. I had no choice but to pay extra. My request was never even looked at when I had booked online. When I asked about my request, staff was so rude. I will never stay there again.

You can hear every single word from the neighbour room, if you have room number 3 - 8 as rooms have connecting doors. Small rooms... Dont expect too much! The lovley lady at the check in is very helpful and wonderful

Value for money, staff are always friendly and helpful. Always clean and well presented. For a budget motel this is my choice in Coffs Harbour.

My partner and I have stayed here overnight twice in the last fortnight while travelling interstate. The first stay I couldn’t fault the room. The room must of only just been renovated and was really nice. This is why I chose to stay there on the way back, thinking the room would be good, oh how I was wrong. The room was three tiny rooms and the bathroom was old, the tv was small, the kitchette was tiny and the lounge was old and dirty. If staying here make sure you book a deluxe queen room

Great communication with the hotel. Very late arrival, no problem, room was ready for me. Spacious room and good set up with microwave, toaster and fridge with fresh milk. Stayed before and will stay again

This is a well maintained, functional room. It met all of our requirements as travellers needing a place to stay overnight. Clean and comfortable.

Arrived late at night and the reception was closed. But the receptionist had made it easy for us to check in via the phone. Didn’t expect a lot from this mitel but loved the stay even it was just one night.
