Its perfect as the location is not so far from the bus station. and near to Pasar Siti Khadijah. My family enjoy the trip so much. The staff is so friendly and helpful as i called them twice before my family arrived and the check in was smooth even it is near 5am .

The room was very spacious for the price we’ve paid, and the hot shower works properly. Same goes with the AC and fan. You can keep your luggages at the lobby if you don’t want to carry it up the stairs. However, the room itself was quite dusty, especially underneath the bed. Overall a cheap place to stay for a night or two.

If you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in Kota Bharu, this hotel is recommended. Strategic location where you can just walk to almost all tourist attractions in Kota Bharu. Please don't expect much as it's just a budget hotel but the basic necessities are there.

Advantage: The room rate is cheaper for twin double bed. Location is superb Disadvantage: Need to improve the room condition. It's pretty scary with a spider's nest. Ceiling also broken

The place is very cheap & with good location. The RM30 room is quite spacious with a private bathroom & hot shower. However, I advice not to touch the walls & door of the toilet, doorknob is dirty. Floor is dirty, advice to ask for extra towels to use as floor mat. Bed is dusty, not for those with allergies. Otherwise, it is a good choice if you just need a place to stay while most of the time spent sightseeing.
