Worst motel in Philippines, DO NOT GET SCAMMED”

Booked a dormitory with 10 beds for 5 adults and 6 kids, arrived at 8,42pm and was told rooms are not ready, later told us the rooms was not available. We ware than ask to go to a different location which they claimed was their extension of the motel, we went approximately 5kms down the road and was shown a house and found the 2 rooms only with 4 beds each and the rooms were dirty and smelly which resemble a squatter place which we rejected. Staff call the owners when we rejected their alternative rooms (which clearly is not as advertised, location, photos and description was not what we booked) and asked for a refund and was told to come back 9 am the next day and would refund us cash. When we went back in the morning, owner turn nasty and say refund will only be transfer to my account and complaining she did not receive payment from Agoda till 15 days later which I replied thats between them of which it's not my concern and I told them I'll just contact Agoda for a full refund.

The building was fully booked but I will say they got me into a nother place close by they are booked for months with family's from a project in the area so find somewhere else

We needed a room to spend the night in after 16 hours of driving. When we got there they didnt have the room we booked in Agoda, so we ended up in the Dorm. We had it all to ourselves, but still.

Near to the port”

Staff are so helpful and kind. They let us wash up after our island tour even we have check out already. Rooms are clean too.

Great & Comfortable Stay!”

The place is at the center of the town which makes it easier to navigate. Its clean, spacious and well kept. There’s free water refill and you can always ask the staffs for the additional things you need! Thank you for making our stay in Sta Ana great and comfy! Also Thank you to the lodging house manager Sir JR for your hospitality and allowing us to change rooms for our convenience! And Ate that help us for coffee and looked for trycle for us! Will definitely comeback and recommend you! 👍🏽😃

The price we were quoted were bit too much for local traveller as there. Bit disappointed as I booked for a place to close to town but they were accommodated at a different place which was a little bit crowded.

There were mosquitos in both rooms when we arrived. We had to kill all of them to ensure that we weren't gonna be bitten while sleeping. Im not sure about the dormitory. I didnt ask my relatives who stayed. The comfort rooms were creepy. Looked like a science laboratory, with one room even having what looked like a dissection table. I also sent an inquiry about meals via eden's fb account about a week before but nobody bothered to respond. Pros include the dining area next to our rooms which our family was able to use. Location is also good.

Location is near the market. Room is very spacious and with good hot water pressure. Clean and huge bathroom. Staff is very accommodating to arrange van pick up going to Tuguegarao.

We booked a deluxe room, & 3 standards to accommodate 11 of us. We were able to use the kitchen facility to cook the family's favorite dishes; then use the dining facilities, complete with dishes & utensils. Convenient to buy fresh seafoods & vegetables; market is only a five minute walk. Staff was very responsive and very friendly! Wish weather was warmer and less windy. Otherwise enjoyed our stay at Eden's.

Nice staff, good location”

The place is located in a quiet place, no videoke ,no bars around. I had a good sleep. Few steps you can take transportation like bus ,vans and tricycle. The staffs are very nice and helpful. They have clean rooms , clean bed linens. Though no shower curtains they have clean big bathroom. Hot and cold is working well.

Budget- friendly with beautiful people”

staff were friendly n kind enough to accompany us to a nearby restaurant to have a late dinner. Room was spacious. I requested 3 single beds and i got 4. We had an early trip to Palaui island the next day and when we arrived later that day, one single bed was replaced by a double-decked single bed. No in-house masseur, but you only need to request. Centrally-located too. Highly recommended!
