Not as stellar as usual, but still good”

We have stayed at the Elite Seef many times. This time we stayed over our Eid break, and it was not as good as we are used to. Our room was often being cleaned (or not cleaned yet) when we came back at 4 or 5pm. We had one day where it didn't get cleaned at all because the baby was napping when the cleaners were available. I think it was just because they were so busy. We also had an issue one day at the pool with the music - they were playing fairly heavy, unedited rap and R&B, totally inappropriate language and themes for our young son. We mentioned it to the staff a number of times, but the Drake CD just kept playing. I'm Canadian and I like Drake, but F-bombs and the N word around the pool in the afternoon is not ok! Having said that, the staff were always pleasant and we will go back because this property is usually so great.

Checking In Issues this Time”

My husband and I stay at the Elite Seef all the time. It is one of our preferred hotels in Bahrain. We really like the pool area, and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff are always professional and friendly. We checked in around 11, but our room was not ready. When we returned at 8pm, there was an issue with our check-in - we had requested a "city view" room, because it does not face the pool area. We have had trouble with our baby sleeping because the music from the pool area can go past his bedtime. They were able to solve the problem and we were put in a room at the far end of the pool. We did not have any trouble with noise (ask for a room ending in 01 - 10).

If you have a car, a great option”

Every staff member we encountered were delightful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony (only available on 3rd and 5th floors). The entertainment poolside was fun but quite loud when putting the baby to sleep. Rooms ending in 01-08 are furthest from the speakers and so should be quietest.

Family Hotel almost Saudi Arabian guests”

It was pleasant stay We been in 3 BDR suite so spacious clean. The staff are so friendly they allowed us to early check in . but the problem that they only gave us 3 wifi vouchers for only 3 devices "we was 6 pax"

Quite a good hotel. It is more like an apartment.”

The room is quite new and large. It is closed to Bahrain Fort (about 5-7 minutes driving). The breakfast here is very good and my family love it. The hotel is not that expensive and is good for value of money. Staff are friendly and help us a lot during our stay. In all, this is a hotel for option. Fast Wi-Fi as well.

Quite good ”

Great bed mattress and comfortable pillows. But the AC was stuck on 17 degrees.. It took 2 days for the room to defreeze and slowly go up to 21-22 degrees. Generous breakfast with loads of options. Happy with the reception and service staff.

Two days staying in hotel”

First night was very bad because of the master room bathroom has a bad smill and i was promissed to change the room next day early morning however was not replaced until i requested to meet the hotel manager who took the action by 1600 hrs by that i missed the first day enjoinment also there is an issue with parking area which very narrow and small which makes the parking is diffecult for big car

Staff consideration”

The staff were very helpful and proactive. When we checked in we asked for non-smoking room. When we went into the room, it smelled funny but we thought it was the humidity so we turned up the air conditioning. When we returned to the apartment, it smelled like smoke. When we spoke to the staff, all they had left was a two bedroom apartment and we had booked only a one bedroom apartment. They moved us to the two bedroom apartment since they did not have a one bedroom non-smoking room. This was very nice of them and will certainly encourage us to stay there again!

Great accommodation”

Unfortunately on check-in I was not informed of the renovation works taking place in the hotel My room was located on the same floor as these works and every day on my return to the room to have a siesta I was disturbed, I asked to be moved but this fell on deaf ears. I only noticed some 3 days into my stay an A4 piece paper on my dining room table advising me of these works! I was never offered an alternative room and/or reduction for my stay which included food from the restaurant/bar. Having said all the above the hotel was very nice and I might consider a return trip.

Comfortable and meets all basic needs ”

As a whole, the hotel staff were great from the reception to the security and housekeeping. Towels might need replacement as they seemed worn out already but they are clean. The rooms were clean with all the basic things available. Their kitchen was big for a one bedroom suite. It's really intended for long term stay.

Relaxing and comfortable stay”

I booked one bedroom suite, but upon check-in I was offered 2-bedroom suite as there was no 1-bed suite available, it was a good surprise. It had a city view, however rooms having swimming pool view would be better choice. The only negative thing was gloomy corridors, they should make them attractive. Also the basement parking was not spacious as I had to make my car back & forth to get in & out due to congestion of columns/pillars (manufacturing fault in civil structure). However, rooms were comfortable & clean. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to relax”

I stayed here for a weekend with my husband and another couple. We really enjoyed the pool and poolside drinks. Pool was clean and there were fresh towels. The rooms are huge and clean as well. This is thenscind time I've stayed here and will continue ton stay here whenever traveling to Bahrain. Trader Vics and Bushido restaurants are very close as is the Seef Mall. One down side - no free wifi in the room or at the pool and the parking spaces are very tight. The breakfast is just average as well - but it's free.

Good value for the money”

i chosed this appartment hotel as i was recommended the hotel by a business partner and that it is located 50 meters from my customer. the staaf is also very friendly and helpful. the gym is very good. there is a very nice pool area very you also can have a nice and quiet dinner enjoying the warma and mild climate in the evening. if you find it to hot outside you can enter the bar inside.

Is a family hotel in the first instance, with many sporting activities and good eating in general advise the families to ask for housing and lower prices and increase the number of bed and ask the children to provide each room Packard to open parking lots and ask for the introduction of Alcutaymz in the room and provide the key to the apartment Bgsalp clothes
