Wonderful place to stay in Khon Kaen”

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. From the main street where the songthaew and bus stops, it will take about 5min walk. There's a 7-11 at this stop. There are also plenty of food places to choose from. Washing machines are all over the place so doing laundry isn't a problem. The apartment is nearby (about 8min walk) the lake and a picturesque pyramid shaped wat. If ever I'm back in Khon Kaen, I'd definitely stay here again.

Quiet Neighbourhood ”

This property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Within 7-10min walk from the main street where there's a 7-11 and public buses and songthaews pass by for access into the other parts of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff speak limited English, butnare friendly and helpful. Coffee is served every morning, and a microwave is available for use too. Coined operated washing machines are all over the place for laundry.

Best apartment in khon kaen”

In the town, close to everything. Great parking, new building, clean rooms, everything works and has many food options in walking distance, and about a 2 minute drive to the lake for a morning walk. I will keep coming back when going through khon kaen. It's a real gem

Love this hotel for any stops in Khon Kaen. It is a lovely place with great rooms. Great location to go anywhere from, and many good food options near it. I will be happy to go again when in Khon Kaen.

Deluxe is not much like deluxe ”

I like this place overall. But in my opinion a deluxe room should have shower gel and hair shampoo, a floor towel in bathroom to step on after shower, forget about other stuff like toothbrush etc. Even though these rooms very clean they lack some necessary extras that are standard to deluxe rooms.

Had a pleasant stay. Location was nice and quiet. The famous Temple can be viewed from the room balcony.

staff was very helpful and atmosphere was very peaceful in middle of city it's also easy to find overall a great stay and will again stay at same place when I visit khon kaen again.

Everything is just okay Location is hard to find and far away from the main city. The bathroom is dirty. The staff is very nice I forgot my speaker and he called me to pick up it Overall is acceptable

Quiet tranquil surrounds...cheap and very clean marred only by zero noise insulation in the room....if you want to know whats going on outside your room you don't need to open the door. Same story in most places though..

Cheap and good room. But way far off”

The place is well maintained and the room is nice and clean. Internet is fast and TV has English channels. However, it is a bit far off from the main roads, it is located at a hidden alley which is infested with stray dogs all evenings and nights so it is impossible to get in and out after dark without car or taxi. Not recommended for travelers without own means of transportation. Also, do NOT let them put you into a room that is in close proximity of the reception area because it is very very noisy around there all around the clock, especially from the staff itself who can communicate with each other by no other means than shouting very loudly.

Nice and modern but a bit far from the bus station ”

I took a songthaew from the bus station (8 B) then walked about 5 to 8 min to the hotel. It is a newer modern building, free coffee at the patio and staff are very friendly. I declined to pay the key deposit. There is no elevator but you can get a room at the patio level or the first floor. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size but furnitures are new, room very clean and comfy, one of the best I ever saw. My room had a balcony overlooking to some lush gardens. Don't keep the balcony door open there is lots of mosquitos in the back due to the green setting and lots of rain in August. You can walk to the night market in about 20 min and to the Ton Tann market in 30 min.

I stayed four nights every thing was good. Im the sort of person who does not like staff following you around. My room was clean.outside was very relaxing .if you need anything no probs from staff..location good......night staff were very good ......only one fault but i think a missunderstandig key deposit return.....i would stay again i think that sayes it all international pete

A pleasant stay”

A very nice hotel with a family run feel to it. Very clean rooms, good in-room facilities and a very polite and friendly staff. All in all it was fantastic value for money and I'd highly recommend staying here. The only thing missing from the rooms was a kettle and some tea/coffee.

Outstanding”

This Hotel was a big surprise in many respects. Very central and very quiet location. Rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff very helpfull. The Park around is just very beautiful. Enough parking lots. This hotel can easily compare to Hotels that cost 3 times more. Just everything was perfect. Value for Money is top. I will definately come back when ever I am in Khon Kaen on business. Thanks a lot to all the staff.

Ok for one night stay with minimum service. Room was clean. A few problems - alley to hotel was very narrow, A/C was not cold and acoustic was poor.
