Thank you Grand Mercure for making my stay comfortable! We checked out on the 3rd of Feb and checked back in on 5th Feb. My husband realize he left his clothes in the wardrobe during our earlier stay. Contacted front desk and luckily the item was found safe and sound! Thank you for having such honest staff working in your hotel. I am so pleased with the service and I will definitely come back to stay if I ever I'm in town. Bed is comfy, room is spacious and nice. Slight downside is the hotwater was not really hot but overall still happy with everything. Keep it up!

Upon arrival we got an early checkin at 1pm instead of 2pm by Ms Christina. Breakfast buffet spread was 5 star. I misplaced my item and suspected that it must have dropped at the sofa hotel lobby. Contacted the reception operator and was attended by Ms. Yoan. She dligently helped to investigate the lost item with urgency and whatsapp me the photos for confirmation. Luckily, the item was found. Thank you Ms Yoan for your excellent service. Do keep up the good work! I'm very pleased with the staffs dedication to ensure guest are happy. Keep it up!

Good hotel situated in the middle of the city”
I was travelling for business purposes and stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and bed sheet was clean. They have complete amenities. The TV has several channels both Indonesian and western. However, since the hotel is situated on crowded area, you might hear vehicle noises at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have various kind of menu for breakfast, so if you're not into rice, you can choose between noodles, soup, eggs or bread and pastries. Long story short, the stay is well worth the money.

Ive enjoyed every single day in this hotel. Stay for 2nights and it was great! Thanks a lot to Front office staff especially ms. Vivi who very helpful to taking care our needs as requested, to give us the best room ever. The room was clean and spacious, good maintenance, comfort lobby, and delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, comfort bed, good maintenance and for breakfast was so various and tasty. I love everystaff here especially Ms Vivi in receptionist who helps me a lot.
