Value for money”
My first visit to Batam. Glad i decided to stay at harris resort Barelang. Location : Perfect if you intend to relax and are not interested to stay close to city center. Close to beach and very good facilities within resort Customer Service : Very good staff. Friendly and always greeting with smile. We had a small kid and requested for early check in and late checkout which we got from reception staff. Lot of warmth and helping nature in all staff members Rooms and Price : Received Garden view room. Very clean and spacious. Can easily accomodate 3 per. Price was 85 SGD per night which was reasonable for service and facilities we received. Overall very good trip and had fun with my wife and friend. Resort made trip more memorable as we celebrated my friend's daughter's first birthday. Would love to come here again

Best Hotel I’ve ever been to in Batam. The whole resort is amazing! We enjoyed and had a relaxing time staying there. From the reception area, to the swimming pools, to the bar by the pool, to the room, I can say that I’m fully satisfied and is value for money. I would like to high light the infinity pool there beside the Rock Salt Bar & Restau, it was a breathtaking landscape especially during sunset its really beautiful. We also had our dinner there just beside the pool it was romantic with candle lights and really good music they play. It is also perfect for family bonding as it has lots of activities that you can do. The buffet breakfast was good except I hope the soup i think should not be too salty. And lastly, I would like to give thanks to all the staff there, they were all very helpful and cheerful. Again, thanks Harris Barelang! We will definitely recommend your resort to our friends and will visit again!

Nice New Relaxing Resort ”
I fell in love with the architectural design of the lobby and the landscapes with so beautiful trees & flowers & carpet grass! The room & bathroom were very spacious. The bed & pillow were super comfortable. Soaking in the 2 swimming pools overlooking the sea was just heavenly for me. Harris staff were always cheerful and friendly which brighten my day. The Barelang Restaurant next to the resort offered live seafood for us to select. The food was delicious & cheap. I hope to be back soon...

Excellent Stay”
We had a very memorable and enjoyable stay in this resort. It’s our 3rd time here since opening and will definitely come back in the future. It’s the perfect place to relax, to have a good time with family and friends. Great place for team building as well. Food was superb. The staffs are very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms are spacious. It’s a lovely resort indeed. Thank you to all the staff and crew, and to the GM Mr Hugues. best resort ever!!!!”
i can definitely say this was the beat resort I’ve ever stayed in. with the virus situation and Singapore implementing a sudden quarantine for those who came back Indonesia, our stay in the hotel was cut short to 4 hours instead of an overnight stay. Still, we had the beat experience ever. we love how the buggy would bring us everywhere in the resort. all the staffs were super friendly and accommodating! Shout out to man who supervised the Atv activity, it was the highlight of our trip and he was very friendly and attentive! will definitely come bavk again once virus situation has cam down.

Pleasant and relaxing stay”
Pros: Room and pools very clean. Landscaping surrounding the resort is neat and beautiful. Staff very efficient in responding to our service. Seafood restaurant quite near resort within walking distance. Cons: Staff not well verse in english. Had a bit of problem trying to communicate with them.

Fun and exciting activities, great services”
We (5pax) stayed for 2 nights for our long weekend. Checked in was smooth and surprise that the guest officer at the counter can speak friend English. We were buggy into the room as there is a distance between it. Booked 3 rooms, of which 1 room sea facing aircon was down, we requested to change rooms but only 1 room avail which was quite far from the others are residing. We decided to keep its as it is as the aircon is still acceptable during the 2nd day. The water sport jet ski, I can say it’s a must go and an experience! The guide is very good at videoing and help with forgettable photos, we skied to a very long distance and to barelang bridge, we even have a fun jump into the sea from our boat. Even a friend whose does not have swimming skills also enjoy himself! Great with group of friends- we have fun ！ The StV ride is also not a bad choice for teenage and adult. We went to the cliff and took pic there, from there the barelang bridge also is seen. We hope the cliff that we went was higher for more exasperating views tho. Last day we are unable to grab a hire to the ferry centre, A resort bus driver was kind enough to drive us in a rush to the ferry terminal, in time for our ferry back, for the same cost of private hire. This place is good for those first time going , who love sea sports! Please also go try kelong food nearby ! Fresh and delicious!

Worth the money and relaxing. My family enjoyed to the fullest”
Our rooms were Seaview facing. It was an extraordinary view as we could see the barelang bridge. It's a quiet and peaceful place, if you want to escape from a noisy environment. Breakfast could have been better as in the food was all cold and not cooked well. Staffs were all excellent in their services. There is a seafood restaurant nearby. Can reach by buggy. It's very delicious and not costly too.

A great place for retreat”
Went there for a short getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very peaceful and relaxing. But you must know that it is far away from other places in Batam. It's a great place for you to just chill out in the resort.

55 minutes but feel so far away from home ”
It is far away from Nagoya District. The resort has a full view of Balerang Bridge. Feel secluded away at the other end of Batam. If you want to want to have short break from home and just chilling out, this is the place to be. You can have a nice dinner at kelong nearby with a beautiful sunset then return back to the resort to wind down at the bar by the beach facing the sea. We love it and we shall return.

They say Harris Barelang is to far away to get too, Duh Yeh the whole idea is to getaway from the city work traffic and into Nature, the sea sand and really well kept gardens plenty of pools for kids and adults, perfect sunsets, and well planned laid out rooms, staff do there best to please, and help, what hits you is the sound of silence, after hectic city life, its welcome, and calms the mind, the rock salt restaurant menu, is spot on, serves everyone's taste and is unique, from other menus I've seen in Batam, food is delicious, were all recovering from the COVID times, and wish Harris Barelang get back up to running and normality soon, and have the other bar and foods available too, I think customers are slowly coming back out to enjoy after long term lock downs, and it is welcome, Ill be back more often, prices are reasonable, facilities are good, well worth the travel to getaway from it all

Perfect location for those need relaxation and family enjoyment. it's very close to Barelang Bridge and Barelang sea food restaurant. We went long driving from Barelang beach to until all the way to 6 th Bridge Vio Vio beach and took our dinner at beach restaurant. The resort perfect for family travellers.

For families looking for a short getaway. Nice swimming facilities, amenities, spa, food, friendly staff!! 2 nd time here! Jet ski available though limited. It’s out of the way from town though. And there’s nothing to do at night. They have bikes, E scooters, large floats for rental and also a kids club. Basically RNR resort.

i like the design of the resort, the hospitality, the service. They need to increase the quality of the breakfast foods. It doesnt mean the breakfast is bad...its quite good, they just need to improve it. Overall it a very good place for refreshing urself.

They have a shuttle bus that picked you up from the batam center with time slot. Please call and check with them. The staffs are very friendly and there is also a seafood restaurant just opposite the resort but you have to take a taxi in. There are also taxis available in the hotel.
