Best hotel I stayed ever and worthy”
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Batam.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff .especially their welcome and a cold towel.it was so amazing.Their staff was extremely friendly, and I would like to mention about Staff Rahma ,she has been with us for the past two days,taking care of every single thing and making sure that we are doing fine and comfortable. We only stayed here for one night, but were surprised by the hotel. We were there to celebrate my husband s birthday and they went beyond my expectations.even my husband was amazed with their surprises and services.i am extremely happy with their services.. All respect for the staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! I would strongly recommend this hotel for those who like to celebrate their special occasion with loved ones and family times.such a amazing view from the hotel.

Great location away from the bustling busy central of Batam. Location is only about 15mins drive away from Nagoya Hill. Booked Beach Access room and really happy with the cleanliness of the room and balcony area is free from leaves/grass/insects on the floor. Really impressed with the great custome service. Staff were always greeting with genuine smiles each time they go past a guest irregardless which time of the day. Although staff do not have perfect English, I am impressed at how they are able to speak with confidence and always detailed whenever I raised a query. Only improvement should be made is to ensure each room has the correct number of equipments like 2 pairs of slippers instead of 1 and aircon is good, but can be better and more cooler. Overall, I had a worthy stay at the resort!

We went there for a short trip and absolutely LOVED it !! All was wonderful, food, pool, activities ! We didn't have to go out the hotel so we stayed there for our whole holidays but we enjoyed every second. The staff was very friendly and helpful, massages were excellent, and room spacious and clean! We travelled with our 3yo boy and he was so happy with all the activities offered to him ! I recommended without any hesitation !

We had such a good time here. Transfer back and forth to ferry terminal was easy, staff was super friendly, room was super duper clean, facilities was awesome. We really enjoyed the pool bar but sadly pool needs a little more attention in cleaning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely return for another stay!

Can be bit flexible on the check in and check out time on case by case basis..example guest room was delayed the day when check in because it was not ready yet so when request for a 1 hr late check out should look into it..Other than that alls good..my kids love to be in the pool..buffet breakfast was good too..love it a lot..all staff in hotel all so friendly and always put up a smile and guests are well greeted at all times..

Hotel is family and children friendly with a lot of good facilities. Pool is huge , suitable for kids and adults. Had a great time there. The manager Mr donna (if i got the name right) went the extra mile for us for our 3 days stay there. Overall its a pleasant stay and we do not have any problems with anything. My kids enjoyed themselves with the pools and availability of rented pool boats, trampoline, etc. Although the kids room is small, the kids are happy. Very pleased that staff are all very friendly and provided good service. Although slightly close to SG price, food served are very delicious at the 3 outlets we had visited. For simple relaxing good times with family for a short trip, highly recommended this place

We came with an elderly on wheelchair. Location was bit far from the centre...The hotel and rooms were new with bright colours and full amenity. It was wheelchair friendly. The room was spacious, and modern- we chose the beach access. Though... you can't swim- just for water and beach activities. The staffs were super friendly, cheerful, helpful and very concerned of your needs. The food was luxuriously prepared especially at the Grill. Breakfast and other food were good too, as we repeat orders for room service. To get a taxi was quite easy as they always make sure they get you where you need to go.. The only frustration was that we planned for cable ski, but when we arrived at the place, were only informed that the cable ski was out for few days.. Maybe the hotel can get updated info, before promoting activities to the guests.. But all in All, it was really Good, will come again to find pure peace and tranquility and just lepak at the beautiful swimming pool area! :)

Staff in Harris are amazingly friendly and helpful, in particular Haikal. Such a friendly brother to the kids. We booked the family room and the room was super clean and the room was so spacious. We love the double bed and the bunk beds! Lots of space for everyone. The pool was big and spacious, room for many families. My family enjoyed the pizza and finger food from the cafe by the pool. the only con is that there isnt any other food choices nearby the resort, thus we had all our meals within the resort. The food are reasonably priced though. the beach is just 3 mins walk away.

We have 3 adults and 2 children. When I booked the hotel, I wrote on remark that we are there to celebrate my husband and a baby's birthday. The hotel kindly prepared a birthday cake for both of them. I had also requested for connecting rooms and was given. We reached earlier and was lucky to have a toom to check in at 12pm instead of waiting till 2pm. The staffs are very friendly and all of then are very pleasant. We are very happy with out stay and will return again.

Me my dad, mom, wifr and 3 and a half yr old son booked 2 beach access room. Good area for walking and many things to do. Son enjoyed activities in the pool. There were a few issues which were un pleasant but at the end Staff sorted ot out really efficiently. All staff were friendly and helpful. Will consider again..
