The room is fantastic, good size, bathtub, comfy bed, with a nice patio with a plush seat outside. The pool is great. It's small, but clean and nicely cared for. Very refreshing after an afternoon in Hoi An. Good staff, solid breakfast. Recommended.

Great service with fantastic staff - our flight from Da Nang to Hoi An was delayed by a significant amount but our airport pick was still waiting when we arrived. Additionally a tour booked through another agency did not show up as expected - reception phoned them and solved the problem for us. These people went well and truly above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely be back - this has a great location for people interested in the Old Town

Very nice stuff, clean lovely room, perfect location”

We stayed a few night and we were lucky as we got an upgrade for our room. It was very spacious, lovely, clean room. It was very quite place but still very close to the center. Stuff was really helpful and nice, they can arrange for you a bus, very good breakfast. There is an information about discount for massage, but do not believe it, you can get massage much cheaper in the city. Be careful with scooter renting - our scooter was loosing petrol so we spend quite a lot of money for it. We informed the hotel about the situation and the gave us back 50k, which in my opinion is not much considering how much we spent for the fuel. Besides this, all was great.

The hotel is a cut above the rest of the hotels that my Vietnamese wife and I have stayed in here in Vietnam over the past weeks.. The owners and well trained staff are service oriented. The buffet breakfast is organized and the food is of a higher quality than most hotel buffets. The rooms are clean right down to the air conditioning vents. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is excellent in location. Unfortunately, it does not have lift. Swimming pool is small. One of our room air condition is not cold, we are sweating in the room. The staff is friendly and willing to assist.

Nice staffs Good location ”

The Hoi An ancient town is nearby. Only need to Walk about 5-10 minutes. I stayed on 4th floor and there is no elevator. However, the bell boys helped us carrying our luggage to the rooms. So no elevator is not a big problem. And the staffs are helpful and nice. We needed to go to the airport in early morning, they asked if we need taxi. Breakfast not special, but acceptable.

Hannah and her staff were professional, hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable especially as first time travelers to Vietnam. There's a pharmacy open across the way which came in handy on several occasions. Definitely would stay there again and recommend this place to any traveler.

Decent room for good price”

Good for the price. The room has a balcony, location is close to the ancient quarter. Best thing about this hotel is their friendly staffs at the counter. breakfast is acceptable. There are also free bikes for guests.

This place has almost everything, great location very central to walk to all markets & major attractions within old city. Staff excellent, breakfast is very good with Good blend old Asian & western foods. Only downside would B the free wi-fi is slow & drops out when uploading or downloading. But overall great value 4 money

We stayed in a corner suite and had plenty of room for our family of four. The hotel staff was very helpful and super friendly. They arranged a wonderful bike cycle tour of the country that we all very much enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to our friends.

Excellent value, friendly staff”

The Hoi An Travel Lodge has been the best hotel in which we've stayed during our month-long visit to Vietnam. The prices are very reasonable (for example, 50k dong per kg for laundry), the staff speaks good English, the grounds are continously maintained, the covered outdoor patio is spacious and comfortable, tasty buffet breakfast is included, and the hotel has a convenient location (about a block north of the busy area). We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us back to Hoi An.

Pro - good value for money - 5 min walk to Hoi An Old town - Outstanding staffs - exchange rate in the hotel is quite good - offer transportation service w/ reasonable price (However the driver could not speak english - need to communicate with google translate) Cons. - located at the interasection lots of noise from motobike however we got upgrade and move to quiet room

Fantastic location and nice clean room. Male receptionist gave me a room with no view (saying that street view rooms would be noisy) when i actually booked a street view room. I had to wait another hour for my preferred room but it was worth it, no noise as they have double glass balcony doors and windows to block out the sounds.

Outstanding Hotel Great Price - Why stay elsewhere?”

Our family just returned from a 3 week trip through SE Asia and this hotel in Hoi An was far and above the best hotel we stayed at on our entire trip. With a budget friendly price, you get 5 star service and ammenities. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. There was an onsite pool and spa. The location was easy walking distance to all the attractions. The buffet breakfast was huge and had a great selection of hot and cold dishes, bakery items, and fruit. Besides all of that, the staff treated you from the moment you walked in to the moment you left like you were a special guest. We got juice upon arrival, custom tour arrangements at reduced price and our every need was seen to with a smile. We can't tell you how much of a treat this was. Thank you to the staff for a lovely and superb stay.

We requested for lemongrass aromapathy burner which makes the atmosphere in the room very refreshing . There are plenty of tailor shops nearby and an Indian halal restuarant ( Ganesh ) which is very popular. Con- We were given the ground floor , next to the breakfast room - not so ideal for a couple as we have to draw the curtains for privacy ( facing the road ). Breakfast not much choice for vegetarians ( we are Muslims so our alternative is vegetarian ). even salads have meat .
