Decent hotel with a good breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. My only issue was that their is no air-conditioning even though it says that it has this. There is a central ventilation system but it does not cool the room at all. This is not very helpful in the summer when it gets quite hot especially at night due to the late sunset.

staff try to do good, but some parts from building is noisy. price for the same room is for next week 175% more expensif as this week, but they did not say that when i did book again. and now i know it, i can not get a refun.

the price has almost been double than the week before. no sport, no complete menu-just simple/small. only breakfast is ok, and the rooms not to small

Excellent to stay here with a car. Had to book last minute as other accommodation had an issue. Staff were lovely, huge rooms.

Large and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice breakfast”

The room is spacious and clean. The environment of the hotel is very nice and feel really comfortable to stay here. I am not sure whether it is a new hotel but it looks rather new. Love the friendly staff here. They answer all your questions with smiley face and accept any request we ask for. Also, many choices for breakfast. Keep it up. :)

Nice stay again, but....”

....I asked a silent room because of my work I needed a good night rest. But I got a room where my upper neighbours had a party till 2.30 and my other neighbours on the same floor needed to run and scream till late. I asked a high floor but got a room on 2nd floor. Maybe they charter arabics, because there was a bus full off them that night and they did not talk English or Dutch. Just a bad day to sleep that night. I hope the management learns from this and next time they seperate business customers and "tourists". About restaurant and nothing but good. I enjoyed my diner and breakfast. The staff are nice but young people who need a bit more experience. They let me wait 15 minutes in the restaurant passing by multiple times while there were only 4 others customers. He apologized and told me there is a new concept. You have to order at the bar and after you receive a basket with a number from what you ordered. At the end you bring back the basket or note the number and pay at the bar. I noticed more people did not understand this concept and it was not explained. Well for the noisy neighbours and my bad sleep I can't give this visit a 9 like last time. Just once more, seperate business with tourists!

Warm welcome from the friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Working wifi. Great LED TV with USB support to listen and view to my own music and movies. Loved everything and I be happy to come back next week. Very nice breakfast too. Somehow I thought there was a swimmingpool (probably my mistake) so I brought my swimmingshort but did not find the pool. If there was a swimmingpool (I have been to other Holiday Inn hotels before where there was a pool) this stay was the perfect 10. Now a highly rated and recommended 9+

Just a stop over but was unpleasant with the staff”

We are totally disappointed as we were asked to pay 2 times for the city tax. The staff collected during our checked in and requested us to pay again after check out. They also do not provide the city tax receipt to us. We informed them to checked the CCTV but was told that it told quite some times. After 1 day, I still yet to revive any feedback from the hotel. Please think twice if you think to stay in this hotel. It is beside a motorway and it was surrounded by office towers.

Good. I will choose this hotel again and again when I am in Utrecht. It's better that those hotel in Utrecht downtown. And it's car park is FREE and secured !

A nearly brand new hotel”

The hotel is new with great complimentary breakfast. There is nothing much to tourist nearby but it provide a easy parking facility. The surrounding is quiet, a relaxing place. Lastly, I like the fast internet access FOC by the hotel.

Ideally located next to the highway linked to Amsterdam, this hotel's location for us as part of our roadtrip and didnt want to stay in Amsterdam itself. The rooms were clean,comfortable and the pillows were just incredible! I had the best sleep ever in a hotel. Woke up to a great breakfast selection. This stay was definately worth every penny spent!
