Cozy Stay Near Zurich HB”
I recently stayed at this hotel near Zurich HB station with three friends, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location was its highlight, being very close to Zurich HB railway station and within walking distance to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring the city. Upon arrival, we found the room to be smaller than we expected, especially with four people sharing. However, it was clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable bedding, which made up for the limited space. The bathroom was modern and functional, with all the necessary amenities provided. AC is functional only in the month of May as the staff said. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in/check-out processes were smooth and efficient. We didn’t get to explore the hotel’s facilities extensively, but the lobby area seemed inviting. One thing to note is that this hotel is perfect for a short stay if you’re looking to relax or just need a place to sleep for a night or two. However, for longer stays or if you prefer more spacious accommodations, you might want to consider other options. In conclusion, despite the smaller room size, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable, thanks to its excellent location, cleanliness, and overall comfort. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay near Zurich HB railway station.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol AG Zurich. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Family room is bigger than I anticipated which is a plus :) Beds are very comfy! No A/C but you can keep windows open and that helped a lot. Close to old town, shops, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy and Zurich HB. Highly recommend. We’d love to stay at this hotel again next time.

Room is consider clean. Thanks to the room service team. Location is like 5 to 10mins walk. Depending of you have any luggages. Breakfast is very basic so can't expect much. Only thing unacceptable is the front desk service. I had been travelling around the world and this is the first time I had encounter such rude or I shld say racist customer service in service line. But we did not want to create any trouble, so my colleagues and I kept quiet and didn't tell him off. So first, after paying a tax bill, I informed again that I will be extending my check out. And this had been informed beforehand as I understand advance booking is required. So when I informed the FD I had requested for late check out. Without checking, he said that we need advance reservation in an annoying tone. I explained I already did and mentioned I had the messages. While I was retrieving it, he mentioned is in the remarks, so now I need pay again. So ok, sure. Then as all the terminal in Switzerland are usually in German I supposed that's is the language ( I mean, I can't understand), so I do what I do as usual. Tap at the side and wait. Then I realised that the terminal did not stated ok like usual. I asked if is done, he replied in a rude tone, read what the terminal says. I say I can't understand ( is obvious right? I'm a Singaporean Chinese, and why do I ask if I can understand) Then he turned the terminal in a irritated manner, took my card very rudely and looks as if he is gg break my card and insert. My 2 colleagues behind me saw the whole situation but all of us didn't want to cause any trouble. We kept quiet. As one room is only ready. We came back around 1500hrs to check. He mentioned the housekeeping checking and left us standing stupidly there. Then since we are heading out again, so we decided to come back later to check. The original room number that was given was not the number, it had been allocated to another customer. This time was another new guy. And he was like are you sure? I say yes, ur colleague before you told us. Since is one night, we decided to let this matter rest and do a review after. We are glad we are not clients instead as this hotel is recommended by our marketing team in Swiss. Hopefully your front desk service can be improved in future.
Zurich stay”
We had a nice stay at the Bristol on our short trip to Zurich. The hotel is across the street from the train station, possibly a 5-10 minute walk across a few intersections. The placement itself is on a quiet street with shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel itself is fairly compact, without much fanfare, and the staff at the desk were ver friendly. The room itself was a standard size, accommodating 3 adults and an 8 year old comfortably. Although not centrally located per se, it is very close to the downtown area and felt very safe throughout our stay.
Great little hotel ”
The staff were wonderful and the hotel was very nice. There was a lot of noise in the area with bells and people. The breakfast was great. Definitely close to everything. Parking was kind of an issue though They have a parking garage and parking is $20 Franks but it is blocks away and you have to call on the phone for them to open the gate. If you don't have international calling it will not work for you. If you sign up directly with the parking garage it is $15 Franks so they kind of upcharge. You can Book directly with the parking garage but they need a Swiss phone number so that's a bummer. That part is not accommodating for visitors. Very close to everything and the main parts of town. Would definitely stay here again. We did have a small attic room and the bathroom was small but that is typical in Europe and it was clean and had nice amenities
