Nice place for staycation with family with the low price”
The room was clean, spacious and smell good. The twin bed was quite big, enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast was limited due to pandemic but it's okay. My daughter like the fried rice so much. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. Luckyly there's a bathtub so my kids could bathing in there eventhough quite small but they're happy. The window quite big so we could see the city view. It's a very good view from 16th floor. Our room was upgraded to executive. Thank you Ciputra Hotel

Very pleasant stay. The hotel and rooms are very clean, swimming pool is well maintained, just by phone for register, bathroom and equipments are clean, the bath tub works well. 2nd Stay and Love It!”
It was my 2nd stay here and I love it..the location is great as it is located above Ciputra Mall thus food options are a lot. The room was clean, bathroom as well..the staff were helpful and nice (check-in and checkout processes were quick and no hassle)..the price was great as well (no more than 500K incl tax per night - no breakfast)..will definitely back for our staycation 👍

The location is very good, the room size is quite large and clean. The breakfast at Gallery is nice, has so many variety. Easy access to Ciputra Mall. The minus point is that the sink tap is leaked, and the drainage little bit clogged, so the water needs some time to dry. All other aspect is ok, very recommend to stay here.

Me and my brother booking 2 single beds (executive room - no smoking). Executive room that I ordered there was a problem in the electricity,so the electricity turn off. We called the receptionist and the manager immediately helped us. Because on Saturday night the executive room was full, the hotel management allowed us to stay in a suite room (no smoking area) Thank u

Firstly, I really love the breakfast options they have. A really wide spread of food from middle east, to Chinese and to Indonesia local cuisine. Room clean, friendly staff.. Only wished the aircon could be more colder. So far a 5 star rating.. There's a mall behind the hotel if u wanna catch a movie or karaoke.

Overall a good hotel except breakfast location”
The breakfast set up makes the hotel looks cheap. Is like a massive canteen rather than a proper restaurant. Don't expecr any fancy restaurant for breakfast.
