Hopeless reception ”
The guy and the lady at the reception has no manners how to speak to guests.very arrrogant and rude, no respect for guests, not very helpful. Such a beautiful city and such pathetic people at the reception i request travellers to avaoid the place as you will lose your temper and holiday mood speaking to that arrogant guy and the lady at the reception....sad to write such a review

Quite remotely located; not value for money”
If you like to stay a bit further from the city for it's quietness and you don't mind travelling for about 20 minutes to the city, it is not a bad option. Still found it a bit expensive. And I couldn't appreciate the staff/owner; found at least one of them very rude. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Great hotel and location ”
Pet friendly hotel with free parking. Friendly receptionist and large room. We stayed for one night, great stop before heading to Vienna. Great location.

Awful!!! Don’t go near! No wonder it is so cheap!”
We saw this hotel at the last minute, it was sold as ‘good value for money’, with some good and some bad reviews, and since all other hotels were fully booked we figured ‘how bad could it be?’. Apparently, it can be pretty bad! We booked it through Agoda, and it said it included breakfast. When I got the confirmation email, breakfast was no longer included. We got to the hotel and on the way to the room we saw people smoking in the bar inside the facility- apparently, it is acceptable to smoke in the hotel (just not in the rooms). Needless to say, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes (including the rooms), although we were on the 2nd floor). When I asked the receptionist regarding this issue he was very rude, came up to the room and said that there is no smell and that I don’t know what I’m talking about and made fun of me. In the morning, I knew exactly When the cook arrived because then the room smelled like cigarettes again, and afterwards like the food they served.

Clean and Quiet”
Very clean, quiet hotel. Free parking. Take bus to central Salzburg, best on foot. Liked Hallein Salzwelten salt mine, Keltenblitz alpine slide. Augustiner Braustubl for family dinner or beers. All great fun. For vehicles in Austria, buy a Highway Toll Sticker (Vignette) at gas station and place on windshield. We did for 9 Euros for 10 days. Police checkpoint was at highway exit in Hallein.

- 20min bus from Salzburg train station - the male staff seemed unhappy when we asked questions - wifi is super slow. I always could not surf on the internet - the pictures on the website are very modern and bright, but actually are not the same - there are many spider web in the room. I know the hotel is located in the suburb, but it would be great if the hotel can remove them while cleaning

Cheap rates”
Though it was a cheaper room, to get to the location you had to take a specific bus only at specific intervals (which i think there are 3 buses/hour), so it may be inconvenient for some people. The room is decent with enough space to move around. However, they did not clean the rooms thoroughly. I could see dust underneath the beds and some plastic bottle by previous guest. The restaurant was packed with people, but did not have a chance to try it out. Try if you are on a budget.

The reception desk girl was so nice. The hotel is easy to go. 120 or 21 both can go to that hotel and the bus stop is very close to the hotel. The environment around the hotel is good. Just a beautiful village. But.... !!!!! The equipment in the room are so bad. There is nothing in the room. The picuture on the website are so beautiful thats why we book this hotel but the real is so normal even we should say not good. And there is just nothing in the room!!1 Nothing!!!! And we want some hot water. Ask the bar man. and he say:"1 euro! Thats the rule." And he even laugh to us. So so bad!!!! I dont want to live in this hotel any more!!!!

Planned a 2 night stay. The room and hotel were very clean. When we got to the room, we noticed that there was no soap to wash up or take a shower. After asking a number of hotel employees, they informed me that they could not provide me with soap. They said 'sorry'. Outrageous, wouldn't you agree? Going to sleep smelly and dirty after a full day of travelling. After checking out after the 2-day reservation, the front desk refused to offer me any compensation, which really was a slap in the face. The person at the front desk also displayed an attitude towards me and my family--that I would have the nerve to complain.

Nicht wie versprochen”
War kein Dreibettzimmer sondern ein Doppelbett und ein Minibett bzw. Couch. Der dritte hat dann am Boden geschlafen.

Der Empfang unfreundlich, das Kind 7 Jahre kostet € 25,- extra, ich hätte auch das falsche Zimmer bestellt (2 Einzelbetten) aber er hat halt noch eines mit Doppelbett über die Holzstiege unters Dach und das Kind war auch nicht bestellt. Auf meiner Bestellung steht aber 2 Erw. 1 Kind. Frühstück fürs Kind € 9,- (Echter Luxsus für einen Kaukao und ein Stk. Kuchen) . Um die € 25,- fürs Kind gab es weder Polster noch Decke, gnadenhalber bekamen wir ein Handtuch. Das Service im Restaurant war auch eher unfreundlich (Gäste mit Kind drohen mit Essen) dafür war die Küche OK schnell und gut. Die sehen mich nie mehr!

Leuk kleinschalig hotel”
Prima hotel, gratis wifi, superlekker en goedkoop avondeten en ontbijt, prima bedden. De omgeving is er prachtig.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Salzburg”
Het dorpje ligt zeer dicht bij het centrum van Salzburg en is daarmee een prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Salzburg. De drukte op de wegen viel erg mee en de plek was eenvoudig te vinden. Het hotel heeft voldoende parkeerplaatsen (gratis) en het eten is er prima en niet duur. De kamers zijn ook goed en schoon. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.

Muy amables. Habitación grande. Hotel muy bonito.A 7 u 8 min de salzburgo. Si no sabes alemán es complicado. Pedimos a ojo cuando cenamos allí porque solo tenían carta en alemán y no entendíamos ni papa. Pero eligiendo en plan a ver que toca estaba muy muy rico. Hamburguesa genial.
