Nice hotel and good location ”

The hotel has the perfect location to reach almost any spot in Helsinki. The design of the hotel is quite stylish and the rooms are new. It is very clean. Breakfast is also a good option to choose. Hotel can be a bit expensive, if you don't book early. But I guess this is the same with most hotels in Helsinki. Book it! It's a good choice!

Excellent weekend-stay”

I booked Indigo for a longish weekend (Thursday-Sunday) while visiting the city and going to the Helsinki Craft Beer Festival. Really cozy little hotel, almost hidden in the facade, but spacious on the inside. Super helpful staff, and location is conveniently central, but in a part of town which did not feel overly crowded or busy at night. Just 10 minutes walk from the central station square. Trams stop closeby, and Uber will generally get you anywhere in Helsinki fairly cheap. Plenty of nice shops, restaurants and bars around the immediate area. Staff was, again, very helpful with recommending solid choices for breakfast, drinks... etc. in a variety of price ranges. Room was surprisingly large. Clean comfortable bed w. lots of pillows to choose from and what must be a quite recently renovated bathroom. I felt like the first guest. General stuff and amenities include a beardworthy hairdryer, coffee / tea tray, flat screen tv. All of good quality, suggesting no skimping on details.

Good English speaking staff at the counter. Decent breakfast, clean room, tram stop just there. A good place for a couple of days stay

Very nice hotel staff, special mention to the guy in charge of the restaurant. Name is Esa? Not easy to forget his face because he is such a wonderful hotel staff at the restaurant! He makes our Indigo stay unforgettable!

Fantastic hotel at central location and great staff”

We stayed at two hotels in Helsinki, and this was definitely better despite better reviews of the other one. The rooms were not only larger and better designed, but breakfast was also better and not over-crowded like the other one. The staff were also much more helpful and willing to offer information.

We loved this hotel. It provides free access to the gym and sauna. Amenities were all Aveda. Spacious room at reasonable price. Free bike rental service on the basement was good too. Super friendly receptionist responded immediately to our all spontaneous requests. Fairly good breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who plan to visit Helsinki.

Hotel with a touch of home”

Very nice hotel, with a living room and a cozy bar in the lobby. Like the Sauna at B2 level. Friendly front desk staff, and room comes with all one needs for travelling. Location is quite convenient via tram. It is walking distance to the main street.

The hotel is nice, bath is big and clean. The hotel is missing service, room service was not available due to jist one person being there who had to take care pd people arriving. No late check out (just two hrs more than normal)

Goof location from the tram stop but a few-minute walk from the train station. Gym facility available in hotel and Breakfast is served in hotel restaurant.

The location of the hotel is a little bit away (around 10 - 15 mins walk away) from the city centre. Other than that there was nothing to fault and the free breakfast was lovely.

The staffs are friendly, room is decent and breakfast is adequate. We are not particularly impressed with the location, and the hotel can be quite difficult to find even for the taxi drivers.
