The room was clean and looked so cute. The bathroom set up was so chic, I loved it. The staff was awesome. They said the hotel upgraded alot, which was noticable. Seems like we were on the more quieter side of the riverwalk, which was absolutely fine. Everything was so convenient whether you walked, drove or used the electric scooter/bike. The parking lot was across the street. It was small, so it gets full after a certain time at night

We loved this hotel. It was very nice looking, clean and right on the river walk. Not close to all the shops and restaurants so it was nice and quiet.

This hotel was very nice and updated. The room was very comfortable and I had a nice view from the window of the Riverwalk. Two notes: 1. The parking lot was very small and there was an overflow parking down the street in a vacant parking lot. It cost $20 to park my car in a vacant lot with no security. 2. I was traveling with my 20 pound dog. While I understand that if there is any damage she has caused I should certainly have to pay, but charging $50 for her to stay with me seemed overkill. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are prepared to pay for parking and possibly a pet.

Very nice hotel”
Our room was big, Nicely decorated and had lots of windows. We over looked the pool on one side and patio of the restaurant on the other side. We were on the third floor. They had was very comfortable in the bathroom had a glass wall shower. Going down to eat breakfast now. Also off the cafe patio You could walk out some stairs and be right on the Riverwalk

So my wife an daughters arrive at the hotel indigo about 1pm and yes granted check in time states 3pm we just thought we give it a shot well the girl at the front desk info9me that it wasn't currently ready yet but would call me soon as it was well my family and I left to eat lunch and arrived back at hotel indigo about 3:10pm with still no call informing us weather our room we ready and by know this is 10mins past the hotels stated check in time we'll yet again our room was still not ready so we decided to enjoy the afternoon while we waited out on the back patio enjoying the view when 4pm rolls around and still our rooms not ready well about 4:15 our said room I had specifically resvered for our stay was ready well off we go and we get up to our room to only walk into a room I had not reserved and paid in adv

Needs renovating”
Room was not available at 3pm, waited 45 min to check in then room was hot. The ac was filthy and was blowing out black dust balls. Restroom had water damage and vent had mold on it. Furniture was past its life span, the drawers kept opening so i had to shove paper to keep it closed since I didn’t want the kids getting hurt. There is no parking so you park down the street for a fee or valet for $54/day.

Charged double what I paid on this app during a weather emergency ”
I paid 256$ to stay for 3 days on your app. They had listed their rooms as 74$ a night because it was off season before the storm hit. The next day their room prices had tripled. They actually made me pay the difference after staying there one night on my reservation already. They refused to let us check in early unless we paid an additional 50$ l. They knew we were hurting and they charged us every fee they could to try and make up the difference on the deal I found. They ended up charging us over 675$ for our three night stay. I know because that was our rent money we had saved up. We couldn’t stay in our home. Our one year old was freezing as it was 30 degrees inside. Maybe you all could’ve been more helpful during an emergency instead of seeing this as a money making opportunity like ercot did.

Nice to Look At--Sadly Lacking in Basics”
Contemporary room, updated bath, while looking closer: no soap, no coffee, broken lamp, broken coffee maker, threadbare towels. We needed to go to front desk all too many times to ask for basic items, replacements, fixes, and even to get our room cleaned--it never was. Such a mistake to stay here.

Deceiving ”
Bad location, not clean, smells like egg, no A/C in halls , horrible parking area too many dogs in hotel . Just plain horrible experience.

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable but the area around the hotel had many unsavory characters and did not feel safe. We did not feel comfortable exploring the riverwalk or surrounding area.
