Well located for RVs in the area, calm, clean”
The bathroom sink in my room was old hence not giving impression of full cleaningness. The tea bags/ cream were not replenished during my stay (4 days) The AC was noisy The mini bar coke costs 6 Euros

What truely makes this hotel is it’s staff and their service. Other than that, we don’t see anythint else attractive about this hotel. Our first night in the hotel we were given a room on the ground floor with the toilet on one end of the room and shower on the other side. Not ideal but we didn’t have a problem with that. However, what we did find unacceptable was the mould all over the roof of the bathroom, the heater that didn’t blow any warm air during the night (it was 3 degrees on our first night) and the loud noises during the night. The next day we spoke with reception who were prompt in moving us to another room which was better. If you don’t care about the quality of the facilities in a hotel and are looking for a hotel with a good location to stay at with good staff, then this is the hotel for you. Other than, we don’t see that the hotel offers much more than that.

I would highly recommend this property. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous and extremely responsive to the smallest of queries at the oddest of hours. The location is excellent. Very happy with our stay. Would love to stay again.

Room and hotel photos on published sites are too misleading. Room itself has a very very bad smell, maybe due to the very old carpet and furniture. Not clean at all. Also has bad service and staff aren’t too accommodating.
Overrated”
The hotel is well situated for sightseeing; that is probably its saving grace. In the middle of office buildings, there's practically nothing else around it. A few restaurants several blocks away are overpriced and the nearest grocery shop is 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a general tired feeling to it, with its old furniture, etc. One would definitely expect much more for a "4-star" establishment. We booked a suite that had nothing "residential" to it at all. The description on Agoda was quite misleading as our room should be equipped with a kitchen. But the only appliance present is a standard minibar frige. Not even a coffee machine. Buyers beware.
