Great location, friendly staff and spacious feeling rooms”

The location is walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are clean and feel very spacious thanks the mirrors on the walls. We were also very lucky to find a very good last minute deal. Really made our trip a memorable one!

This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful and spacious for Europe and the bathroom is fantastic. The lobby and bar are great. The only con I would mention (and this is probably just a matter of taste) is that I did not care for the restaurant menu selection. I would’ve liked more main course selections But all in all this is a fantastic hotel.

Pros: beautiful building, room, clean, quiet at night Cons: we stayed 7 nights, the front desk and concierge were disappointing. I deeply regret not choosing Baglioni or elsewhere.

Cozy room, great location”

the room is small but cozy, and still convenient for a solo traveler. I love that the location is just 2 minutes away from nearest MRT, and walking distance to some tourist spots. Will be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic with a very friendly staff that can help you with just about anything you need. Our room was always clean and fresh towels were always present whenever we needed it. The hotel is ideally located so we were able to walk to almost all the places we wanted to visit. Those that we can't we could easily take the bus or subway which also have stations very near by. In fact, the bus stops were only a minute's walk from the hotel. I would recommend to any honeymooners or even just couples looking for a romantic time to stay at this hotel. However, I would also recommend not eating anywhere near the hotel as all the restaurants nearby are so over-priced for poor quality food. Ask the hotel staff! Please, PLEASE ask the hotel staff! They are able to provide very good recommendations.

hotel staff is very friendly and easy to ask anything. Location is in the heart of Rome with elegant atmosphere.The room is a bit small, the decoration is not too old but stylish though. I could enjoy this hotel so much. Just I wish if the charge was a bit cheaper.

Terrible hotel”

Their staff are very rude.line to getting your key everyday is terrible and when I told them the concierge was yelling at me that he just have 2 hands!!!! Paying for 5 star hotel and getting the service like that is too much. The bathroom was very old and water won't go down. The room light was strange ! You can't control which light you wants on or off! Every night some one calling us at two o'clock midnight and wake us up ! When I told them first they denyied and then I find out that they call other customers too. Not worth it at all. Very unhappy to go there.

The hotel is not as luxurious as some other 5 stars we have stayed at , the room service and food is very average. The rooms no doubt are well desgined. For the amount of money we spent here im sure next time I could find some better 5 star hotels
