The hotel is oldddd and not maintained at all.”
When we arrived we got probably the worst room in the hotel, the bath had curtain and not glass door (looked like an old grandma bath and even the curtain was not clean) the walls were peeling off and rotten. It was really like 1 star hostel in 3rd country. The electricity went down every time my GF used the hair dryer (3-4 times in 10 minutes) And we had enough so we asked to move because it was disgusting. Unfortunately all room was unavailable (According the staff) and they told us to stay there that night and they’ll switch the room for us the next day, after that day we asked to move and I had to pay extra 60€ per day to switch(!!!) it was unbelievable but we switched and payed. The first 24ht was absolutely annoying and frustrating but after that it was pleasure the room we got was just fine. The staff is good and lovely but the rooms are not like the pictures they are old and some look like hostels in South America.

But other than that, the heater in the toilet works fine. Huge and clean bathroom. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was in a great location andwas very clean.The staff was very polite and helpful.The beds did not have duvets or duvet covers.There was only one very old blanket like an army blanket and we were cold at night because it was November!Also we had to deal with mosquitos in the room.The breakfast was very good.

We stayed at Mondial hotel Rome,for 3 days, The hotel is in a great postion,for tourist,the only problems we had -- the toilet not flushing--,no blankets on the beds, we had to ask for blankets
