Best hotel in Batam!”

Extremely convenient location - literally beside A2 foodcourt, 3 mins walk to BCS mall, opposite Alfa 24hrs minimart with a row of food vendors parked opposite the hotel and Grand Batam mall is also opposite on the other side. The location is already a win but the service too is amazing! Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, gave us a late check out. The breakfast buffet is a wide spread of international and local cuisines from egg station and toast to sushi! The pool is moderate sized but without suntanning benches. Gym on the other hand is superb! The staffs switched on music for us, it is warm enough for a good sweat - equipped with a smith and a cable machine, some cardio machines and free weights! Definitely would be back in this hotel if we were to head back to Batam! :) keep up the good work!

Had been staying at this hotel since they opened 3 years ago. The best hotel in this area. With no similar standard hotel competing for business, this hotel is usually running at 100% occupancy on a daily basis as informed by the staff. Check in this time on my actual birthday but didn’t manage to enjoy any free upgrade. I was also not granted for my late check out request to check out at 12.45pm as the staff, Rani informed that all rooms are booked for the next day. I wonder if the housekeeping team can possibly clean all rooms at one time if they always insist on no late checkout. Besides this rigid policy on late checkout, this hotel is fabulous. They should do more to make use of the alfresco area for a late night gathering place, now this place is too dark and full of mosquitoes, so no one sits there for a drink. How I wish I can get a nice coffee in this hotel too after all shopping close.

Very beautiful room n nice pool for children. Very cosy n comfortable bed. Small hotel with good service. Only 1 pillow per pax. And no place to hang towel. No face towel, no bath robe, only 1 set shower gel for 2. Very basic.

Strategic location with eatery places(A1/2Food Courts) and big shopping malls nearby. +Rm #713 Clean, spacious room and all things(AC, instant heater and TV)are well maintained and good working conditions. +Safe with security checks at the main entrance. +Strong free WIFI signals and 30+TV channels. +Hotel staffs are friendly, courteous and helpful.Quick checking in 10 minutes. Note: -Get a grab ride Rp40K from Habour bay to the hotel.Taxi rates s about Rp $50K-$70K. -Room security deposit Rp$300K per night stay is required. Overall, I truly enjoy my stay here and will come back again and again.

Great location - Walking distance to food court, restaurant and batam center shopping mall. Hotel staff are great especially Alvin who make effort to arrange rooms close to each other and take prompt actions to handle taxi driver who charged us "wrongly". Rooms are clean. Breakfast are good.

The hotel is new and clean. Friendly staff. Located in a very strategic location, close to BCS Mall and lots and lots of food. Breakfast served with variety and great quality. Only negative thing is the room is very, very small.

Good location Cheap Friendly Staff”

Recommend by my colleague on this hotel and my family like it so much. Already planning for our second trip to Batam at this hotel. Location was so convenient to the greatest A2 hawker which all kind of good food and if you want cheap stuff, you can head to BCS Mall for it, if you want more atas stuff and good restaurant, you may head to the grand Batam mall within 5mins walk! Definitely will come back for I hotel!

Reception is friendly & checking in process super fast and smooth. Love it that they remember their regular guest and great them by their name. Room is cosy, clean and comfortable with a daybed by the window for you to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. Breakfast is delicious with a mix of local fare done right (bubur ayam, gado gado, rawon, soto, bakso, assorted bread, fruits, kueh, egg's station..etc). Enjoy a hot cup of local coffee ever so fragrant even without milk and sugar. Outdoor pool and small gym that serve its purpose. Great location with 2 malls nearby (BCS & Grand Batam), local street food shop & tent, Food Centre, morning wet market, abundant spa & massage places perfect to recharge energy.

Very good location, walking distance to BCS and Grand Mall Batam. Surrounding by many choices food places especially after 6pm. Room was nice and clean, small toilet for deluxe room, clean towel. Overall nice place to stay and would be back there again.

Hotel with superb location to market, BCS Mall & Holland Bakery !!”

I Baloi has excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast spread with fresh fruits like papaya and melon. Reception has very warm and helpful staff and special mention to June, who possesses such warmth and extremely helpful ! We have been staying here each time we visit Batam. Hotel is just 2 min walk to Penuin market where you can buy all your crackers, dried seafoods and fresh seafoods plus local vegetables. BCS Mall where you get local Indon foods and Batiks is only 3 min walk away !! Holland Bakery , the famous Indon Bakery with excellent “Lempur” is only 3 min walk too !! If you want foot or body massage, these shops are just opposite the BCS Mall.....therefore you have it all 👍👍👍

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and the manager is very warm welcome and very friendly, everything is perfect but the hotel don”t habe sauna and steam room and the gym too small in there. The toom is very clean and house keeping is friendly too.

Clean and friendly staff, strong wifi are plus. Cons - I booked a non-smoking room but had cigarette smell thanks to other guests smoking on the same floor, the hotel should implement non-smoking policy on the same floor.

Great stay”

Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to food court and less than 10 minutes to market and local product shops opposite the hotel. Staff is courteous and smiley at all times. Clean and comfort room except that the room is a bit dim as yellow lights are used. Overall a great stay.

Everything’s good. Notice some hotel can check in early, but this hotel early is 2 pm, need to plan for other activities before going to the hotel. Breakfast ok, no eat beef, and the green bean too sweet.
