Good service”

I have a very nice experience from this hotel. Every room is toward the beach, the view is amazing. And the staffs are very handy and helpfull with me and my husband. Best hotel if you want to go to pelabuhan ratu.

Quite old but still nice”

The hotel is quite old hut the rooms were renovated. Very nice view from the balcony. Staffs were very nice and responsive although I get the impression that they were seriously understaff. Building and facilities maintenance is a point for further improvement.

Nagyon jó”

I stayed in the deluxe room which is already renovated and quite good. My overall stay was good but there's some things that disappoint me. Upon checking in they didn't inform me that the hot water was in maintenance and not working. So we had to shower with very cold water during our stay.

Just Okay”

This is old hotel. I was staying on Deluxe Room. The sink clogged and the balcony little dirty. But overall, it is okay. My 10 years and 7 years really enjoy the Hotel and the Beach. The pool was dirty tho

Far, Not Cheap, Good Facility, Not so Clean, ordinary breakfast”

A hotel far from central city and public transportation hard to find in these area, better has an own transportation, a rates is quite expensive if without discount from Agoda, Facilities is quite good, a public swimming pool near a beach, a view very good also, a bad things when you see a bathroom, dusty and found little cockroaches.

We can just stay here all day because the complete amenities, swimming pool.. private beach in front of hotel, bar, cozy rooms with beach view balcony. Will surely go back here.

Especially liked the kareoke bar.. it's like in a time warp. The guitars and drum kit with the Marshall amps takes me back to the 60s. Will come back definitely

Old and big hotel in pelabuhan ratu ”

Actually This hotel is the biggest hotel in the area and the location is very good cause very closed to the beach but its kind old and little bit creepy even the restaurant and the lobby seriously they need to renovation the hotel for the better place My suggestion is dont stay in standard room cause its very old and not clean also the electronic such as tv and aircon is very old , unfortunately i stay in standard room cause the deluxe is finished and in the night the aircon is very cold and i cant found remote to make small then i call the staff and hes coming and say only 2 option for the ac you want turn off or turn on cause its old ac what thats very bad isnt ? So you better stay in deluxe room you pay small expensived but you can get modern and clean room there

Perfect to enjoy the beach”

The hotel was great! The room was clean & big enough. I was staying on the modern deluxe, so the room was like newly renovated. Those who is on budget, could stay on their old rooms. The room's view was perfect, pool & beach. Everything's fine except the elevator.

To BaD - im unsatisfied”

Im Unsatisfied, disappoint When i Check in, my room full of sand and cigar ash on the floor, i check my bed i open the bed cover, i found some hair on the bed. The Food and Breakfast Totaly Mess, the food looks alike a Public Free Food For Victim Disaster.

SO DISAPPOINTED”

I'm so freaking disappointed. Doesn't even know where to start, but I'll try to write as detailed as possible. - Staff were all nice, this is a plus. - Hotel is located right in front of the beach, easy to reach. Another plus. However, the experience got worse & made me wanted to go home ASAP right after my group went to our rooms. - There're only 2 old elevators & one is not working - The floor of my Deluxe room was very dirty like it hadn't been swept for days - Interior doors have come apart. Bedside table almost fell. - No hot water. The sink was clogged. - AC was broken, my room was flooded with water from the AC. Same in the standard rooms, but worse: - Bed lamps are torn apart - Bathroom curtain full of molds - Toilets are very dirty I took pictures too, but too bad I can't upload them here (???) If I could I would definitely post them here, so you can see. NOT RECOMMENDED, SORRY.

Nice hotel with great view beach..”

If you don't mind with the one and only old lift (another lift is being repaired), bad breakfast (for 4 stars hotel you just get breakfast like 3 stars hotel), and lack of toiletries and slippers. You have to choose higher floor and deluxe room, so you can see the best beach view and new room.

Hotel needs total renovation.”

Room condition at 3rd floor really awful. There we just happened to know rooms at floors 5 and 6 (Deluxe) just renovated and when we asked to upgrade they said no more room available. The only lift can be used is so small-so old-so slow (gave us unsecured feeling so then we prefer to use stair instead to feel more secured even exchausted). Luckily the beach and the outdoor pool still OK. Will never comeback here before this hotel renewed.

Bitter sweet”

On the plus side, they gave us free upgrade from deluxe to junior suite, which is a very nice spacious room. BUT,once I laid down on the relatively new bed, I found remnants of food on the sheet! This is outrageous for a so called 4 star hotel. They didnt change the bedsheet and didnt even bother to atleast clean it. I found marks of sauce on the sheet. However the crew was quick to change it. And the floor was not swept for days, I can tell from the feel and the look of it. In other words, the room was SUPER DIRTY. And stay away from the pool.It doesnt have filtering system, I know because I looked for it and no water circulation I found. The water was so dirty you can see the particles in it. And full of dead bugs and insects too. I felt so sorry because I swam with my kid in it, and I think the sea water is much cleaner than this pool. The adult pool is so green because the water is full of moss. However this hotel has the best beach in the area,thats why I picked this hotel.

Value for money”

Beach view was good and the beach is pretty nice. The swimming pool need to be cleaned more often. Sadly no water heater, luckily I brought mine. Funny thing was, they washed my car the first morning and the didn't washed it again the next morning while other cars were washed .... probably the washer has standard of amount of tip that should be given to him. It was funny because if it was the hotel feature, that was stupid ... and if it wasn't then that guy really can confused customer and gave the hotel bad impression. Why would I pay full price for washed car that I didn't asked for and from what I saw, the guy only used two bucket of water with some kind of soap and I'm pretty sure that was not car shampoo. They can just put a sign there telling customer that they can wash our car with a price to pay, that imho is better.
