One of the Best Hotels I Have Stayed So Far”
Location, cleanliness, hospitality of staffs, easy access from the airport (free shuttle bus from and to Hong Kong airport express station is available), proximity to major tourist spots, etc. everything was satisfactory. Even eco-friendly (limitless water for free from the fountain in the hallway)! Above all, view from the room on the 29th floor was stunning! I would love to stay there again when visiting Hong Kong again. Even group hotels if I have a chance to visit other parts of the city or even Singapore!

A Great Stay in Difficult Circumstances for Hong Kong”
In these unprecedented times, our decision to continue our travels from New Zealand to Hong Kong and stay at the Island Pacific Hotel was totally justified. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm,friendly smiles, treated as if we had been royalty and nothing was too much trouble for the very kind and friendly staff of the hotel. It was clear immediately that the safety and welfare of their guests was of paramount importance, and our temperatures were taken with every arrival to and departure from the hotel. The regulations imposed by the Hong Kong government to ensure that the coronavirus did not spread further were in evidence everywhere, and the hotel kindly provided us with masks to wear, and very helpful notes on how to wear them.We had a very nice room on the 22nd floor with great views over Victoria Harbour.. Full marks to Betina Chu and her colleagues in very difficult circumstances - we would not hesitate to stay there again in better times !

Very convenient and comfy”
We spend 3 nights in this hotel with a hundred percent satisfaction. Staffs were friendly, room had new deco and super clean. Has a carpet which makes the room duper comfy. I surprising thing was I paid for city view room and turns out room was on the highest floor and in the corner which makes it had both of sea and city views and it looked tremendously incredible. I would like to say thanks for the great service, kudos.

No complaints, everything is just as amazing as it can get. Strategic location and clean and cozy rooms really make our stay become memorable. Plenty of foods and mini market around and its just short walking distance from nearest MTR. Enjoyed my 4-nights stay ! Staff are polite&professional :) , Rooms are clean and comfortable with 2 sides harbour view was the best from the best !! Greatly recommended ! Thanks<3

Excellent Service”
This hotel is very recommended for everyone who's planning to go in Hongkong. It is very accessible to the MTR, tram and bus ride. The staff is very accomodating, friendly, helpful and their fluency in English is decent enough to understand. The room is spacious enough for a hotel in Hongkong. The aroma inside the hotel is really good, you will know already that you're at home in the hotel after a long busy day from tourist activities. Their aim for reducing water bottle consumption is very admirable, they have a water dispenser in every floor where you can get unlimited supply of drinking water. We also benefited from using the handy phone as an ultimate utility device to help us go around the city. Overall, Island Pacific Hotel is on the top of my list of hotels that I've been in around the world.

Great stay at Island Pacific hotel”
This is my 3rd time staying at Island Pacific hotel, very much appreciated with the high quality of customer services of their staff and the cleanliness of the room. This time I have booked the deluxe harbour suite for 2 nights to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, the room was very spacious, sparkling clean and very comfy, the view was amazing! Will defo return and recommend to friends!

Concierge staff is absolutely amazing! ”
I stay here every time I visit Hong Kong. The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. This time, however, there were protest throughout the city. The Concierge staff, especially Man and the woman whose name escapes me, went out of their way to ensure that I was safe during my stay. They kept me updated daily on the protests in the area and where I should avoid. They accommodated every request that I made speedily and with a smile. They should truly be commended for the exceptional service that they provided me.

Fabulous service and room quality”
Front desk service is excellent. They extended the very warm welcome and fairwell to all customers. You'll need to fill in the residential address due to Covid 19 but the front desk staff explained very clearly and patiently. Location is great. It's near the local market where you can get food or fruits at a extremely cheap price. Great for staycation. My room is the deluxe sea view room on 21/f...you can see sunset and sunrise with wonderful harbour view. The best hotel experience in Hong Kong so far.

Nice environment and helpful staff”
I need to work during the stay and need a strong WiFi connection for that, and after telling the staff, they gave me a room with excellent WiFi connection. They are really helpful. The room is very clean and has an excellent view. Will definitely revisit the hotel!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. All staff very friendly, and once even upgrade me to a harbour view room which has no blocking and full sea view. I check the hotel rate often. Once it drops to my affordable range, I will move back to the hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff”
This is my third stay and each time I feel glad I chose staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful and attentive. This time I forgot my mobile phone and they contacted me to get it back to me. The shower and bath being together is a little inconvenient and not recommended for people who may be challenged stepping in and out of the bath tub to take a shower, but other than this everything is good. I highly recommend

Very convenient location with many restaurants in the neighborhood. Great view, blackout blinds for great sleep. Convenient purified water machine on the typical room floor elevator lobby for multiple refill of clean drinking water.

Amazing stay”
From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly. We were given a beautiful room which was spacious compared to many city hotels. We were celebrating two special occasions and the hotel acknowledged both without prompting. The staff were so kind and friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hong Kong.

It’s a top notch 3 star hotel for sure. Lovely staff. Towards the back is a market, and towards the front is a main road where you can access traps. Trains are very close too! The view is incredible, and that harbour view is worth that extra $$. I believe the pool was closed during winter.

Good location”
Location is great, with MTR station just around the corner and plenty of restaurants, very convenient. The only negative thing is the curtain, it's too thin and the sun was shinning through the curtain in the morning. But I had a great weekend getaway overall, would go back and recommend to friends!

We scored a really great deal from agoda. We had a staycation for a night for our wedding anniversary. Staffs was really polite and hospitable, made sure our stay is superb.

+ beautiful harbour view + clean and comfortable + provide memory foam pillows on request + smooth check-in + strategic location + good eateries (esp the noodle shops) + iron in wardrobe (good for sanitisation if necessary) + water dispenser + late checkout at 1 pm - Goodway plastic electric kettles (risk of releasing toxic chemicals when heated) Consider replacing the kettles or include hot water option in the water dispenser Overall a very pleasant stay -
