Great place to stay”

If you need to stay near the airport, that's the place! Just bear in mind that it may be a bit loud at times because of airplanes constantly flying right above the area where guesthouse is located. But still, the place is not right in the middle of city's hustle and bustle, but closer to the beach, so you can easily enjoy the scenery. The owner is very nice, he gave us bigger room than we've booked and explained how to order a taxi :)

Comfortable stay”

I reserved the family suite. It had plenty of room for my family (2 adults, 3 children-ages 9, 11, 13). We were very comfortable. There was a kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, cookware, and rice cooker so I was able to cook dinner for us. I would definitely come back if we visit Jeju again. Check-in and check-out was very easy.

Home for more than a week”

It was one of my most unforgettable stay ever. I felt safe and secure. The entire house was clean and comfy. The owner was helpful and the cleaners though did not speak English at all were friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place if you want a laid back kind of stay.

Great Stay”

The owner is very friendly and offered us (we are travelling in a group of 4) a free ride to the airport. A lot of travelling information provided in the guesthouse. There are a lot of shops nearby (walking for about 10-15 minutes). Overall, a very good experience. :)

Simple stay with warm welcome from the owner”

The owner is very kind to provide airport trf for us. He is driving a van nice to pick my family of 4 with few big luggages. The house is near the sea and having bus stop with 10 mins walk. We prefer take taxi as it is more convenient about 15 mins drive to Jeju Bus Terminal (cost less than 7000 won) where you can take the bus to those attraction areas.

A very very nice Guesthouse”

The location is near the beach, just walk 1 minute you can see very beautiful view. I pretty recommend this house if you drive a car. There are also have bus 17/7 to bus terminal. The house is pretty clean and soft, there are free breakfast with bread egg coffee juice and milk. The most important is the hosts are very very kindness. The last day I lost my passport, they give me many many help. Just feel lucky book here! Ps: the host can speak English and know some Chinese.

Very nice pension, will definitely visit again”

The host was very nice to welcome me at night in front of the pension. What's more, he upgraded my dorm bed into a large pension to live alone since the dorm was full. I was so lucky. He also offered to drive me to the airport at 5am since I could not catch a cab. I felt so touched. Last but not the least, the pension was so clean and comfortable to live at. Highly recommended, value for money and would definitely come back again. PS - the pension can host like 8 people and it is very suitable for family trip!

Good place to stay near airport”

Gave us a free upgrade. Place is in not in the most beautiful spot, but it’s great for a short stay if you want to be close to the airport. Odd place, we never found the office, we just called the number when we got there and talked to a man who told us where we were staying.

great stay near airport”

the ahjumma that welcomed us was sooooo sweet and caring. she don't speak english but we felt her caring for us. i booked a quadruple room but they gave us a 6 bed room. how nice of them. the owner came at night and checked on us also if we are doing ok. this is a nice guesthouse if you want to explore downtown jeju.

Mr.Kang is the best”

Gillime is such a cute stay. very comfy and the location is very near to the beach. just a walking distance and you can find a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately I only stay for one night there. cannot fully explore the area. but the most important thing is Mr.Kang the owner i assume is the best! he is super nice, very helpful and just very friendly. even though he cannot speak english fluently he tried his best to assist us and the best part was when we are having problem in getting a taxi to the airport he help us with cheaper charges than the taxi. i would 100 percent recommend you to stay there if you want to stay near the airport and the travel around north jeju.

Best guest house we've been so far”

This place is awesome. Mr. Kang (the owner) was nice enough to pick us from the airport and even upgraded our room to the deluxe apartment and it was very nice, cozy and clean. I can't say enough about the apartment itself. Everything you need is just 5-10 min walk away. There's even a nearby jimjilbang. Will definitely stay in thisguesthouse again when we go back to jeju island.

Thanks Mr Kang for your kindness let we stay at a 'house'. We supposedly stay at quad room but by the time we arrived he's not at the pension. Because of misunderstanding (language), i've wrongly check in a wrong house but Mr Kang just let us stay for a night..thanks a lot again! Room is spacious, clean and very nice view. Highly recommended!

The hostel owner is super nice & helpful :) and the staff there are cheerful ~ wake up with wonderful sun shine every morning! The restaurants and convenient stores are only 5-10 mins walk far from the hostel! I can just say it is a sweet & lovely hostel !! Love it so much!!

comfortable pension house with free pick-up and drop-off service”

The owner upgraded our room to a family house due to late pick-up from the airport. My family loved the family house and enjoyed the complementary breakfast (self cooking inside the house with the materials provided by the owner). The wife and the daughter of the owner do not speak English, by they are so friendly and willing to help anytime. We have a great stay here and would recommand this pension very much.

Excellent Pension hear the Airport”

The location was good considering it was near the airport but too bad you can't see the ocean from the windows. It is pretty nearby the sea anyway. This place is almost impossible to visit if you do not have a car.

The house is clean and the location is good, very near the coastline and Dodubong Peak, the view is good and the host is very nice, kind and generous. He gave us free ride to the airport and allowed us to use the washing machine and locker to store stuff when we went to Busan. Highly recommended.

Such a warm place”

I visited Jeju island at the end of March, the weather was cold there, but in Gillime it was completey warm and cozy, not only because of the extreme falicities but the hospitality of the owner. Foods are always available in the fridge for free that includes bread, jam, eggs and juice. You can use washing machine during staying. Mr. Kang is constantly ready to help or give you neccessary information. The location is not close to the centre (7km) but the bus no.7 or no.17 will take you there. There are also some restaurant in the neighbourhood that you don't need to worry about going out for dinner.

Airport pickup and dropoff is definitely appreciated. It's also very close to the airport so if you are arriving late or leaving early, it's the perfect choice. In winter the place is always nicely heated. It's only 3 minutes walking from a bus stop. Many guidelines are available. Around the place there are quite a number of seaside restaurants and cafes. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Excellent”

The host was really kind. He took us out for dinner at a seafood restaurant though we already tell him that we were driving. The room is very comfortable. The air conditioner works fine. The common room is nice too. We got to watch the tv there, hang out with other guest and use the kitchen as well. The washing machine works but there was no dryer but it was fine. They have water dispenser so no need to go and buy mineral water. One problem is only that, there was no english sign or anything. It was not hard for us to find it cause we can speak a bit korean and ask the people around. And there is another guesthouse around that, so it was confusing which was us. Overall, everything was good. Thumbs up.

Two day Tour with Kids”

The pension was clean & comfortable and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was free that included bread, Egg and juices but we had to make it ourselves. Kitchenette was available with all facilities. It was a wonderful Experience there.
