Really good facilities and food. Staff were all really great, friendly and helpful - except for the operational manager, who could be a bit more approachable and helpful (maybe he just had a bad day). Wifi doesn’t work for Apple devices

Great location with spacious rooms”

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at KSR. However, these are new owners. We were happy enough as we obtained a cheaper price ( no b’fast). KSR is in need of serious upgrading : furniture deteriorating, wifi seldom accessible, only SBS on TV. AC unreliable. Staff were pleasant & one meal we had was quite good. It could all be so much better

We booked into Kimberley Sands so I could do a teleconference at night. The resort had no wifi and staff were unable to fix it or provide any explanation. Everything else was great, But very frustrating that such a basic facility was unavailable.

A great resort with everything you need on hand. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious, great cocktails and pool area is awesome. Only negative is parking is not secure and is situated right on the street front. We had some minor damage to our car when a vehicle was broken in next to ours. We had to check our vehicle every morning, which was a little worrying. Other than that, we definetly recommend a stay here while visiting Broome.

My partner and I enjoyed staying at this resort for one night before heading out of Broome. However, we did have a couple of hiccups. We arrived slightly before our check-in and were told to wait 20-30 minutes before our room would be ready (which is fine). The gentleman serving us then seemed to think our room still wasn't ready, but his colleague said all rooms were done. So we went to find our room and to our disappointment, the bed was unmade and the room had an odd smell. It was also a fairly small room for the money paid. We returned to reception and were able to get a small upgrade to a room with a kitchenette and lounge, which ended up being a better outcome for us. This room was lovely, having more space and was clean. Unfortunately we had also overheard another customer having issues with her room and the toilet leaking, resulting in her having to move rooms too. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, but took a very long time to come out. Others who had been there for less time seemed to be getting served before us. Lovely staff though. Although there were a couple of problems, we would consider staying again - with hopes that going when it is not peak season would mean things may run smoother...

Best value accommodation in Broome”

We have stayed at the Kimberley Sands a few times now and love it every time we're here! The pool is beautiful, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. It's set a bit far back from Cable Beach making it a fair walk, but other than that the location is great and it's very quiet. We have stayed at a few other places in Broome over the years but have definitely found our favourite at Kimberley Sands and won't be staying anywhere else!

Dirty, Cockroach infested, terrible service”

Booked here for anniversary weekend getaway. No mention that bar and restaurant was closed at time of booking. Made mention it was for a special weekend which was completely ignored. Room was not particularly clean when we arrived, myself and a friend had to clean it when we arrived to take a few things around. Thick Cobwebs hanging from lights above table, outdoor furniture hadn’t been cleaned in a long while etc. Then first morning we cooked bacon and eggs for breakfast in our room as nothing was open in-house, about a dozen cockroaches appeared instantly at the first sign of food. Kitchen was quite grotty, even simple things like months worth of crumbs, roach poo under toaster etc, doesn’t take much for a wipe down. Needs some pest control and staff need some training in customer service and cleaning. Reported a few issues to staff on checkout with no response or resolution. Had stayed some years ago and was excellent. A far cry from that experience unfortunately. Shame as it’s a lovely spot.

Good location ”

It’s just a few minutes walk to the iconic Cable Beach. The rooms are quite spacious and the ground floor ones have easy access to the pool. Gym is adequate. Staff are nice. Only real negative is the mosquitoes, though that’s hardly the fault of the resort.

We had a lovely stay at the resort, the room was very clean and a good size. Great pool and gardens. A great restaurant with fantastic food. Staff was very friendly and helpful .

lovely quiet stay”

Was our first family holiday, our daughter is 10 months and the resort was quiet enough for day naps, easy meals and a short walk to the beach.

Rooms are lovely. Pool area could do with a refresh, but nice enough. We came in the off season so super low on staff, which resulted in long wait times for drinks etc - obviously Covid-19 has attributed to that too. Not much in the way of food available until 5pm.

Staff make this place stand out above the rest. Pity the bar/restaurant doesnt open for lunch or open at all Mo.day and Tuesday, otherwise lovely place

전체적으로 다 좋았으나 공항픽업 무료라더니 10불차지한다고 해서 아고다에 무료써있는거 캡쳐해서 보내야했어요 제대로 확인 안했다면 돈 더 내야했었네요 그리고 조식도 써있는것과 가격이 달랐는데 또 실랑이하기 싫어서 그냥 결제했습니다
