With the price you pay they gave you the room with necessery thing you need. Bed /AC / Hot water. Ok Bed and Pillow. If you not spend too much time the hotel and have limited budget , this place its good for you. Dont expect perfect clean. Staff is friendly and response to need. We so hungry at night time and we ask them to cook alacart dish for you and they charge us only 60bath. The breakfast is friedrice /boil rice and some fruit.

Terrible value for money. Backpacker type hotel but not at backpacker prices. Terrible rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was laughable and service zero. We were the only guests in the hotel! Surprised at Agoda is including this on their site.

The hotel staff is very nice and offers a perfect service! An abundant and good breakfast and an incredible decorstion. They also took us to the bus station after the check out. I totally recomend this hotel! Price is too good for this hotel.

Green Zone”

Lots of greenery and the property is very well maintained, also can find super heroes statues and some wall paintings. Basic breakfast (you can't expect more for the price it is offered).

Not what you would expect”

Don`t quite know how to describe this place because I really want to it justice for the things it does well. The first thing you must wrap your head around is that it is less a hotel and more cabins or rustic bungalows. It will be a surprise when you first see it but give it a chance. I`ve stayed in many places I first found acceptablebut then soon wished Ihad kept searching. This place I wanted to run away but then learned how quickly I was able to relax and enjoy my stay, so much so that I didn`t want to leave. Much of this due tothe proprietess and her staff. Very attentive and eager to see to yourcomfort.Locationis not great, but if you`re in Ayutthaya you are probably there for the temples which are spread out, meaning you`d need arranged transport anyway. I was told by a traveler there that the part-owner also owns a fleet of tuk-tuks with drivers and an beat any deal you could find. If you`re hungry and in search of a restaurant, they can whip up some ofthe best thai dishes and then deliver it to your perosnal table outside your room. There are things that should be attended to - the shower/bathroom being one - but the unique workmanship that went into making this place should be appreciated. On a personal note, I had travel problems and had to wait until evening for the train. I asked the manager if I could stay 6 hours over and how much would it be. She replied "nothing" and then proceeded to feed me again. This place would be great for families. I wish Klongsaunplu and its wonderful staff the best of luck and thanks for a job well done!

noisy and ignore the requirement from the guest!”

This hotel really destroy my mood for the holiday . We arrive around 21:00, and hear such noisy from the yard. They rent out for the group party with noisy karaoke and it last till midnight. I like the room in the tradition style but when I have good mood to open the shower (under very noisymusic, because the tradition wood house have bad noise protection), after 20 min water flowing, still no hot water. My husband ask the boy sitting in the front gate(they have no reception desk), who he told us that room is no capable with hot water after calling to manager. We ask it is possible to change the room. then he said all the room is full-occupied. we feel so bad we did not know how to cancel the booking right away in the system. So we have our holiday night without showing. (we even need to ask for the drinking water, they dont prepared in advance!)

Okay but nothing special, too far away”

Staff could not speak English, this meant there was hardly any communication possible. They were friendly allright but it was still awkward. The place is too far from the town, we travel by bike but even for us it was a drag. Room quite bare, sink was clogged & did not drain. The outside areas are nice. We sampled just one dish of the menu ( they forgot to bring us the other dish we ordered) but this curry was definitely tasty & generous portion. Breakfast adapted to 'Western taste' which for us was a bit of a letdown. But good effort. Overall an okay place but I've had much better for a lower price

Good but very basic rooms”

Hotel is relatively well indicated. Cool wood feel but very basic rooms. Very noisy at night and in the morning with car parked inside, people talking and walking very loudly and some construction work. Simply couldn't sleep past 7 AM because of the noise. Place is quite small so you hear everything... Doesn't seem to bother the Thais.

Pleasant stay”

We arrived late but staff were expecting us, they did not have a double room but offered to push the single beds together which was OK. The room was a good standard and everything worked as expected. Staff were very helpful and the kitchen was still available for a pleasant dinner and drink. Breakfast was Thai style which was basic but OK.

Fabulous little find”

Loved this place. Not too big, wonderfully featuresome and great friendly staff. Food is great too. Going back soon.

Cheap quirky hotel”

Sweet little hotel with lovely owners, who impressively hand made and carved this tree house on steroids! Every nick and cranny is full of thai charm and character. They really took care of us and breakfast was decent, with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and lovely coffee.

The hotel is fine and the rooms are good but if you don't have a car it is a long way from the city with nothing much close by.
